Scraping of snowcem robbiacem etc.

White washing 2 coat inside of Pump Chamber.

Finishing walls with cement based water soluble exterior paint such as snowcem, robbiacem etc. on old work one coat to give even shade.

Applying Pink Primer or-aluminium priming coat including preparation of surface With special quality paint.

Scraping of plastering of Pump Chamber.

Plastering 1:4, 12.5mm thick on Pump Chamber.

Painting two or more coats with synthetic enamel paints in all shades on old wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surface to give an even shade including rubbing down old paint.

Preparation of plastered surfaces for distempering including surface, applying filling with approved quality filler consisting of plaster of Paris and chalk mitti including finishing the surface to the required finish complete. Inside pump Chamber.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved manufacture one coat on old distempered work.

Applying priming coat with methal primer on new steel or iron work incluing preparation of surface and Painting one coat with aluminum paint on old work to give an even shade.

Congolmerate floor 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 on 100mm thick cement concrete 1:8:16 with stone aggregate 40mm guage and 100mm fine sand for plinth protection.

Conglomerate floor 50mm thick cement concrete rate 1:2:4 on 100mm thick cement concrete 1:8:16 with stone aggregate 40mm guage and 100mm fine sand.

Supplying & fixing glass panes including special metal sash putty of approved make.

Red meranti Sinker (20 to 21 kg per cft. Approx.) cup board shutter with plywood panels or faced on both side fixed in position (excluding the cost of handles, bolts hasp with staple but including the labour for fixing them) (a) 30mm thick Cup Board

Providing & fixing D.Hook complete with MS Bolts size 300mm x 18mm as per standard Drawing D-7 & Analysis A-7.

Repair of brick masonry corner pillar including cost of cement pointing including cost of material complete in all respects.

Repair of Main gate pillar complete in all respects.

Painting one coat with aluminum paint on old work to give an even shade. Main Gate of w/w = 3.34 sqm Pickets = 15 x 0.22 = 3.30 sqm Total = 6.64 sqm

Providing, installing, testing & commissioning one no. Electrically actuated, diaphragm operated, Metering system, chemical dosing Chlorinator, suitable for delivering 0.5 to 0.6 litres of bleching powder solution/ sodium hypo solution per hour under maximum delivering pressure upto 7 kgcm^2 and suction lift not less than 1.5m as per DWSS standard Specification.

Repair and minor Replacement of existing pipe line

Provision for making new connection with exit pipe line as per analysis A-20 complete in all respects.

Hand boring Horizontally for crossing of pipe under road or any other obstacle by using Auger/Bocki method. Including excavation, stringing and jointing of pipe upto 160 mm complete.

Automated water controller switch to start or stop the pump based on water reservoir level complete in all respects.

Improvement in exisitng connections

Repair of old house connections complete in all respects.

Component -2

Providing proposed water connection on existing pipe line to house hold up to wall with providing, laying jointing, testing G.I pipe lines 15mm i/d=2.50 mtr (as per CSR 28.36 (a)) & MDPE pipe 15mm i/d = 2 mtr including cost of specials such as tees, bends, sockets, elbow etc. cutting, threading, and testing in trenches in the ground, 15mm i/d G.I. Union & ISI marked 15mm i/d GM ferrule as per IS: 2692 and 3'' i/d clamp with c.i. bib cock 15mm i/d as per IS:210 with stainless steel spindle of approvel make as per CSR 30.65 (b) complete.

Providing, Laying, fixing & jointing of PVC Pipes as per ISI-4985 (ISI marked with the prior approval of Engineer-in-charge) along the Trenches and laying the same in Trenches to correct alignment and gradients, cutting, jointing and testing including excavation & back filling complete as per specifications for more than 3 mtr street width included excavation.
