Design, fabricate supply, install, test and commissioning of CPRI certified factory made LT panel indoor type conforming to IS / IEC-61439-1 & 2:2011 with canopy, louvers & shutters made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet totally enclosed with necessary ventilation, weather, dust and vermin proof having copper bus bar of capacity 800 Amps TPN duly colour coded with heat shrinkable for internal connection with digital type volt meter 0-500 volt, ammeter 0-300 Amps including suitable range CTs for metering, duly wired with suitable size copper cables and panel board shall be grouted in the ground with suitable size of foundation in PCC type B1, MS channel, nuts, bolts, washers etc including control and consists of following: - (a) OUTGOING MCCB 4 P, 415V, 400 Amps, 50 Hz thermal magnetic release & Ics = 100% with rupturing capacity of 36 KA adjustable over load min 70-100% - 1 No. (b) OUTGOING MCCB 4 P, 415V, 200 Amps, 50 Hz thermal magnetic release & Ics = 100% with rupturing capacity of 36 KA adjustable over load min 70-100% - 1 No. (c) OUTGOING MCCB 4 P, 63 Amps, 50 Hz thermal magnetic release & Ics = 100% with rupturing capacity of 16 KA adjustable over load min 70-100% - 2 Nos. (d) OUTGOING MCB TPN 4 Pole, 415 V, 40A - 3 Nos. (e) Panel mounted change over switch 100A, 4 pole – 01 No. (f) LED indicating lamp (RYB) with all accessories. (g) VAF Digital meter/panel at incoming with necessary wiring

Earthing complete with galvanised iron plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick GI earthing lead buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25m deep below GL with the top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5m from below normal GL connected to and including galvanised iron strip 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts, washers, check nuts of galvanised iron and connected to earthing test point all as shown in electric plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I of 2010 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including excavation / earthwork in any type of strat PCC (1:3:6) type C1 earthing chamber, precast slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) weight not less than 4 Kgs of 40mm bore medium grade and lugs with and lugs, including GI earth strip with GI protection pipe of 40mm medium grade 7.5m long etc complete all as specified including testing and submission of test reports within permissible limit. Note: Earth resistance not exceeding 2.0 ohms.

Chemical earthing complete with copper earth plate of size 900 x 600 x 5mm buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25m below ground level connected with copper earth strip of 32x6mm connected to the earthing test point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including testing and submission of test reports within permissible limit. Note: 1. The rates quoted are inclusive of copper earth strip upto the standard length and specified in the SSR Part-I. However, additional length will be measured and paid separately in respective item. 2. Earth resistance not exceeding 1.0 ohms.
