86180 REPAIRS / MAINT / UPKEEP TO HT INSTALLATIONS INCL MAINT OF TRANSFORMERS, GOD, VCB, HT SWITCHGEAR, BREAKERS, HT CABLES ETC IN THE AREAS OF AGE E/M UNDER GE (CENTRAL) PUNE

M&L for dehydration of transformer oil with mobile stream line transformer oil filtration plant at site with all accessories connected to transformer and carrying out filtration of oil to desired dielectric strength i.e. not less than 50 KV at 2.5 mm gap in existing position of transformer of any capacity complete at various sub stations located in scatered area at ASI, AIPT, OLD NDA , AFMC and other area. [NOTE-(i) Test certificates shall be submitted for before and after filtration for dielectric strength on the proper format. (ii) Transformer oil used for TOP UP will be measured and paid separately under relavent Item.]

Supply & filling up of transformer oil conforming to IS -335 of 1993 as in topping up / replacement up to desired level of transformer oil capacity and Oil circuit brekar complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Dielectric strength of oil should not be less than 50 KV/cm)

Disconnecting all in coming and outgoing cables, removing the transformer from the platform / two pole structure / floor and loading it in the vehicle carefully using crane and transporting it to the contractor's workshop, carry out the required repairs and transport the transformer back to the site , reinstall it, reconnect all the incoming and out going cables by proper crimping using lugs of suitable size taping the bushes / bus bars, using insulation tape and testing complete for 11 kV/22KV of following capacity all as directed . (Note :- Gasket set, LT/HT side ceramic bushing, spindle for HT/LT side, rewinding, dehydration of oil shall be measured and paid separately in respective items)

100 to 200 KVA for 11 kV

250 to 750 KVA for 11 kV

100 to 500 KVA for 22 kV

Draining out all the transformer oil ,dismantling and inspection of transformer core and winding including taking out burnt out winding/insulation of LV / HV strips/coils , Reassembling of core and winding, drying out in vacuum chamber till specified IR values are obtained and providing new insulation materials, gasket, nuts , bolts, checking of leakages and rectifying the same by welding etc and replacement of silica gel for transofomer 11 kV of capacity for the following:- [Note : (i) All materials required such as winding, LV/HV bushes, Silica gel breather etc will be measured and paid for separately (ii) Cost of transformer oil for cleanaing by hosing down shall be deemed include in the rate Quoted]

Supply and fixing in replacement of 11/22 KV HV coils, using new copper wire/strip of proper size including insulating materials (double insulation)as per existing size of core of transformer complete incl heating , varnishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 11/22 KV LV coils,using new copper wire/strip of proper size injcluding insulating materials (double insulator) complete all as specified and as directed. [Note for Item No 5&6 above (Windings) (i) HV and LV windings shall be wound from Super Enamel covered /Double Paper covered ,copper conductor/ coil. (ii) Current density for HV and LV winding should not be more than 2.8 Ampere per sq mm for copper and 1.6 Ampere per sq mm for Aluminium Conductor. (iii) The core/coil assembly shall be securely held in position to avoid any movement under short circuit conditions. (iv) Joints in the winding shall be not allowed.ation)as per existing size of core of transformer complete incl heating , varnishing all as directed]

Material and labour to arrest the leakage of Transformer Oil from the body or bushing HT/LT sides of Transformer capacity 11KV, 100 to 200 KVA including the followings:- (a) Taking down the top cover and refixing after replacing duly pasted with gasket. (b) Taking out the transformer Oil from the transformer upto the level suitable to carry out the repair work. (c) Taking out the bushings and replacemnt by new bushing (set of three) duly complete with suitable gasket nuts, bolts and washers and all connected accessories complete. (d) Refilling of Transformer Oil after completion of repair work and ensure that the Leak has been arrested. (e) Re-assembling complete and testing and commissioning.

All as per item No 7 but for 315 KVA to 500 kVA complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Painting of transformer after cleaning the body surface of transformer by rubbing with emery Paper to remove oil stains, dust etc and applying one coat of snthetic enamel paint by spray paint incl writing SM No/MES No , capacity of transformer of 100 KVA to 750 KVA capacity all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of existing unserviceable silica jel with new crystal clear silica jel for the breather of transformer all as shown and directed by Engineer Incharge.

M&L for Shifting Transformer 200/400/500/750 KVA from one place to another after disconnection of LT & HT Side and refixing Connections, Installation, Commissioning and connecting LT & HT Side Connections, complete all as specified and as directed. [Note : (a) The cost for loading, unloading, transporting & shifting of above said Transformers by suitable mode of transport/vehicle etc is deemed to be included in this job. (b) If any damage occured to the transformer during this course of action, the contractor shall be fully responsible for them and damaged parts of the Transformer shall be replaced by the contractor without any extra cost to the Deptt.]

Overhauling and servicing through agency authorised by OEM of HT VCB, 22 KV, 400/630 Amps of Make :AREVA/Schnieder/ MEGAWIN SWITCH GEAR installed at various locations under the sub division AGE E/M (Central) after taking shut down from department and opening both incoming and outgoing connections, dismantling complete Circuit Breaker after detaching including cleaning of all VCB contacts with CT's and replacement of minor parts such as Gaskets, washers, panel heater, indicator bulbs and carry out any other repairs required at site to make the VCB fully functional, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

Caliberation of relays of HT VCB by secondary and primary injection, replacement of defective operating handles, checking of under voltage, over current relays and replacement of old unserviceable parts of master relays complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

S&F Microprocessor controlled numeric relay, three phase overcurrent and earth fault auxillary voltage of 18-52 V DC, current setting from 0.1 to 25 IN with LED display for trip, alarm warning & auxillary output and back lit, LCD display of parameter with programmable key board settings type CGI14N/C of Make : Crompton Greaves or equivalent all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre depth for laying of UG cable/pole foundation etc getting out including forming bottom surface to required level and gradient in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer Incharge.

Returning and filling in excavated soil including spreading leveling, watering, well ramming in layers not exc 25 Cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

Removing of excavated materials not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed by Engr in Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

M & L for Cutting of road/hard standing and making good with PCC (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Reinforced concrete pipes of dia 150 mm 2 nos half round (each of 1 RM long for bottom and top ) including taking down and before laying excavated area shall be levelled as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

Supply and lay in replacement , test and commissioning HT XLPE cable , insulated, screended, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electic power cable (heavy duty) with staranded aluminium conductor, conforming to IS, 11 KV "E" grade, cross sectional area laid in pipe/ducts/ trenches/ under floor/ under road all as specified of following sizes:- (Note :- Excavation, earth work, cable protection pipe measured and paid seprately. The quoted rate shall include taking down of old unserviceable cable)

Disconnecting HT UG cable from HT pole/ Transformer and cutting faulty end portion of the cable, dressing properly and making good end termination, out door type with and including suitable size of Heat shrinkable new end connection jointing kit 22000 voltage grade and aluminium lugs duly crimped with crimping tool including taking down old unserviceable jointing kit for the following size:-

Supply and fix in replacement straight through type jointing kit for 22 KV (Earthed) grade cable, heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories incl excavation, returning filling and removing and taking up loop and old unserviceable joint complete for the following size of cables complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge :-

Taking down and Supply and fix in replacement HT 22 kV universal type gang operated air protect switch triple pole, mechanically operated mounted on insulator & steel frame with operating GI rod mechanism works from ground for currant up to 400 amps including locking arrangements and supply and fix lock Godrej 7 lever lock Navatal or equivalent with 3 keys complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

Taking down and S&F drop out (DO) fuse unit expulsion type, outdoor type 200 amps rating single pole mounted on two insulator fixed to and including MS channel with nuts bolts washers etc. synthetic bounded fuse carrying tube complete with HT fuse element 25A capacity for HT 22 kV working pressure and fixing on existing four pole structure complete all as specified and as directed.

(ii) The above item is to be carried out for the entire contract period of each month by cutting/trimming of trees any number of times as required).

Pruning / trimming the branches of trees at 8/6/4/2 pole structure complete and removing, disposal as the same upto 150 mtr away complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Note :- The above item is to be carried out for the entire contract period of each month by cutting/trimming of trees any number of times as required).

Surface excavation not exc 30 cm depth and averaging 15 cm depth and getting out in soft /loose soil including clearing away all grass and vegitation saplings, shrubs, bushes, undergrowth roots and removing rubbish upto a distance not exc 50 mtrs outside the perifery of the transformer/ 2 pole /4 pole structure/ feeder pillar area complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- The contrator will ensure that no vegetation grows during the contract period on the area so excavated)

Supply and laying stone gravells of size 20mm to 30 mm for spreading,levelling at transformer platform complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Testing and fault locating of HT11KV/22KV underground cable with the help of cable fault locating machine at site including removal of moisture content from cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge. (Note:- The quoted rates shall be inclusive of Fault locating machine alongwith transportation arranged by the contractor. Necessary excavation , earthwork etc. measured and paid seperately)

S&F in replacement of Lightning arrestors expulsion type complete with all fittings, 65KA discharge capacity, 11 KV distribution class complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

S&F in replacement for Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures, and conventional skull and bones, in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps of desired size including all accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

Supply and fixing in replacement HT cable route indicator made of Cast iron size (100mm dia, 6mm thick) and length of angle iron 40 x40 x 5 mm with nut, bolt & washers fixed in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate block cast in situ of size 0.2x.2x.3mtr complete all as specified and as directedby Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, commisioning and testing of chemical earthing with GI Electrode 3 mtr long consist of GI pipe outer dia 76mm and GI pipe inner dia 32 mm inner space should be compacted with dry chemical compound for enhancing conductivity all including boring, installation, transportaion, earth work and sufficient qty of ground enhancing backfil compound testing of soil condition, PVC pit cover and GI strip 32X6 mm up to up to 7.5 mtrs long etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge. (For transformer, GOD, LA etc) (Note : The earthing result should not be less than 1 ohm and testing equipment shall be provided by contractor with no any extra cost.)

S&F in replacement of Lightning arrestors expulsion type complete with all fittings, 30KA discharge capacity, distribution class made out of silicon polymeric housing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

M&L for HT bus bar for 2/4/6/8 pole structure made out of aluminium tube having outer dia 32 mm and 06 mm thick suitable for 22 KV complete with all suitable joints with S S nut bolts etc and colour sleeve as per colour code incl dismantling old unsv busbar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete for poles/struts/panels/roads stay assembly etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed
