Supply and Laying XLPE UG cable PVC insulated,bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor of size 150 Sqmm 3.5 core in trenches or fixed on wall/floor/ pole complete all as spd and directed.

Supply and Laying XLPE UG cable PVC insulated,bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor of size 120 Sqmm 3.5 core in trenches or fixed on wall/floor/ pole complete all as spd and directed.

Supply and Laying XLPE UG cable PVC insulated,bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 core in trenches or fixed on wall/floor/ pole complete all as spd and directed.

Supply and Laying XLPE LT UG cable PVC insulated,bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminum conductor of 25 Sqmm 4 core in trenches or fixed on wall/floor/poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying XLPE LT UG cable PVC insulated,bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminum conductor of 10 Sqmm 4 core in trenches or fixed on wall/floor/poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installing, errecting, testing and commissioning, factory made and tested LT Panel board with all accessories. LT switchgear panel board of size 1000mmx1050mmx500mm, OUT DOOR type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, having bus bar chamber with insulated Aluminum busbars 2 installed on porcelain / SMC insulators and all interconnection between main busbars as well as outgoing feeders shall be carried out with TPN Aluminum busbar of rating not less then 1.5 times rated capacity of individual out going feeders. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 56 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and 50x50x6mm thick angle iron frame work, bottom channel of size: 70x40x5 mm powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, front / back opening type, and fixing 2 Nos.danger notice plate with letter, figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed front & back door to LT panel etc with voltage and danger indiated in Hindi and English, with double door shutter and locking arrangement (including provn of 65mm Godrej (Freedom) stranded lock with 2 keys, internal wiring with PVC insulated, stranded copper conductor, FRLSH cables, IS-694 marked of adequate size but not less than 1.5 Sqmm. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 30 cm above the nearest ground level. complete all as specified and directed including connections of all out going/in coming existing cables of size 25 to 400 sqmm by drawing /digging out cable from loops in trenches/ ducts out side the Bldg inclusive of necessary excavation and earth work as required and relaying the cables with retrieved bricks and providing new sand cushioning and crimping suitable size Alluminium lugs for terminal connections of cables, necessary PCC foundation with plastering to the Panel board, All out going feeders shall be connected by cable through suitable size gland plate / glands.& The various feeders shall be indicated by 50 mm size letters in synthetic enamel white paint. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(I) Incoming :-

(i) Aluminum busbar, 4 Pole, 600 Amps

(ii) MCCB 4P, 400A, 36 KA, with thermal magnetic: O/L & S/C protection , ICS= 100% ICU = 01 Nos.

(iv ) Indicating Lamp LED type 240 V 50 HZ AC supply set of three colour (RYB)-01 set.

(II) Outgoing :-

(i) MCCB 4P, 160A, 36 KA, with thermal magnetic: O/L & S/C protection , ICS= 100% ICU = 01 Nos.

(ii) MCCB 4P, 125A, 25 KA, with thermal magnetic: O/L & S/C protection , ICS= 100% ICU = 02 Nos.

(iii) MCCB 4P, 63A, 16 KA, with thermal magnetic: O/L & S/C protection , ICS= 100% ICU = 02 Nos.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m depth for laying of cable, errection of poles, stay and pipe line,and getting out complete all as specified and directed

Returning & filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance n. exc 50 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&Lfly ash old size bricks , straight or curved on plan , laid flat with width equal to length of brick , laid dry over electric cable for protection all as specified.

M & L for local sand coushioning with dry and clean over and under the cable for protection of cable , 80 mm sand laid before laying the cable 150 mm sand after laying the cable and filling the sand in cable duct of inside the sub station building complete all as directed (18 mm purned thickness shall be measured).

Dismantling the existing LT over head line (ACSR conductor) carefully any size from LT pole including disconnecting electric connection) LT UG XLPE cable of size upto 50 Sqm any core complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling/taking down carefully insulator any size and any type from existing LT lines complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cross arms of MS channel or angle iron section with clamps etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the existing stay assembly complete all as directed.

Supplying, installing, commissioing and testing of LT switchgear panel board ( Kiosk) of size not less than 600mmx600mmx500mm, IP-55 (outdoor type) , 415 Volts, 50 Hz, AC supply, three phase and neutral ( 4 wire) , 400 Amps coloured horizontal tinned Aluminium bus bars , factory made out of 3.15mm thick MS sheet structure mounted on rigid mild steel angle iron frame of 50mmx50mmx6mm with 400mm long extended legs grouting in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 of size 150mmx150mmx250mm , duly epoxy powder coated internally and externally with approved shade, rubber gasketted, hinged front double door and back openable doors with proper locking arrangements for dust and vermin proof ,complete including adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic release MCCB 4 pole, 200 Amps, 415V,36 KA,50 hz -01 No (incoming),suitable size cable allay, lugs , glands and making connections/ wiring with suitable size SC PVC insulated copper conductor cable all as specified.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode, 600 x600 x 6mm thick burried directly in the ground (earth pit not less than 3.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below ground level connected to galvanised strip 25x4 mm size as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI up to test point, GI tubing 15 mm bore medium grade protection pipe, GI watering pipe 20mm bore light grade with funnel and wire mesh, charcoal, salt complete all as per SSR with PCC chamber, 50mm thick RCC cover in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 80mm c/c both way including earth work in any type of soil , removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and connecting , testing on completion all as shown on electric plate No 03 of SSR -2009 Part I complete all as specified and directed.(Note: Excavation and earth work is deemed to be included in the rates quoted).

M & L for drilling suitable dia horizontal bore holes for insertion / laying of 50/100 mm bore GI tubing of any description below/under road surface/floors etc with using mechanical or manual devices as required at site including making good disturbed surface to match with the existing streta after laying pipes complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing thermoplastic polystyrene /polycarbonate enclosure bus bar chamber , shock proof , vermin proof and dust proof complete with 04 Nos aluminium strip of capacity 100 amps including non metalic clapms and GI nut bolts and washers of suitable size and fixed on pole / wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3 core , stranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed , 1100 Volts grade for making connections from junction box to street light fittings including PVC conduit of size 20mm dia including necessary clamps including taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.
