PART - I - CIVIL WORKS

Structural steel work using M.S YST -250 GRADE of approved manufacture welded, riveted,bolted in built up sections,trusses stair case, railings, ladder and framed work for the following at all floors and locations, heights, including scaffolding, bracing, multi level stagging, lead etc., in grills,guard bars for windows, frames, covers,cover bracket for slanting chajja etc.using specified structural steel sections like angles, tees , flats, bars, chequered plates,sheets Channel/I sections,M.S Angle /tubes /pipes / RHS/ SHS, joists, bolts & nuts etc.of required shape, sizes including supplying,cutting, fabricating, welding, bending to shape, ( curved), wastages, hlisting/ erecting, fixing in position, making holes/chases wherever required and fixing /embedding in position in concrete/brick work with necessary anchor fasteners,bolts etc., and finishing the concrete/ brick work after fixing/ embedding including Removing damaged existing frame work painting one coat Zinc chormate primer over shop coat of approved anticorrosive primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and colour on all exposed surfaces etc. complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing in position 3 mm thick corrugated FRP sheets of Ivory/ half white colour on MS frames over service shafts /including providing approved ridge and openable covering /fixed coverings ,all overlaps, mitring, cutting, wastages including providing and fixing necessary 8mm Dia J & L hooks, bolts & nuts and G.I. bitumen washers as per manufacturer's code of practice and cutting the FRP sheet to required size including scaffolding wherever required etc all complete and as per specification and as directed by EIC.

Removing carefully the existing upper most piece of cast iron/PVC pipes with its cowl varying from 50 mm to 100 mm dia meter from existing lead joint by heating it with blow lamp and removing the pipe from its position, cutting the C.I. pipe & PVC pipe carefully by grinder machine with special blade & Hackswa blade etc, to required length and refixing the cast iron/PVC pipes with its cowl to its orignal position and supplying suitable coupling and fixing caulking the joints with spun yarn & cement mortar 1:1, and re fixing the PVC pipe with suitable coupling it joint with cement solvant solution without causing any damages to the adjacent fitting & fixtures, window glasses including, depositing the cut pipes at dept store including making necessary scaffolding & working platform etc. complete all as directed by the E.I.C

Labour charge for repair and modification to M.S members/ M.S. ladder from ground floor to terrace in shaft by cutting and removing the ladder (which are coming above the modified height of shaft) to the required length along with embedded brackets, cutting and removing the M.S. brackets from the dismantled ladder, welding the dismantled M. S. brackets to the remaining end of ladder in shaft, re-embedding the M.S brackets into the masonry, with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with waterproofing compound and finishing the surface neatly etc., including cost of all labours, tools and plants, welding including stacking the unserviceable cut portion of M.S. ladder at directed place etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Brickwork in cement mortar 1:6 in superstructure at all floors and levels using well burnt locally available bricks of approved qualit including scaffolding , raking out joints above ground level simultaneous pionting below ground level curing, scaffolding etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Sand faced cement plaster CM 1:4, two coats using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Easy plast' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechanical mixing with water in a metallic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces with base coat of 12 mm thick and finishing coat of 8 mm thick final rendering, including using richer mix for making corners if necessary, at all floors and level, including making grooves of existing size wherever required, including cleaning the surfaces, including acrylic based membrane curing by applying one coat of factory made curing compound Resikure of M/s Anuvi Chemicals, Concure of M/s fosroc, Dr. Fixit curing compound or other equivalent over repaired surfaces as per manufacturer's specification etc. including removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the EIC.

Supplying and fixing in position GI pipe ladder for PH shafts and at terrace for overhead water tank, using 'B' class (medium duty)GI pipes of 50/40 mm dia. for verticals and steps at 300 / 600 mm. long, placed @ 300 mm. centre to centre for steps, welded properly to the verticals, providing necessary bracings, hold fasts etc. at all levels and anchoring the ladder with necessary brackets fixed in cement concrete 1:2:4, finishing including painting all exposed surfaces with two coats of approved anticorrosive bitumastic paint etc. complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
