M & L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated,FRLSH unsheathed, multistrand, 1100 volts grade copper conductor cable single core, drawn through with and including non metallic PVC conduit 25mm dia and its accessories surface type etc including one run of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable green in colour for continuous earthing, 1.6 mm thick MS terminal box finished to wall/steel structure with 3 mm thick laminated hylam sheet top cover all as specified for :- (a) One Ceiling fan point controlled by one switch.

(b) One Exhaust fan point controlled by one switch.

S&F switch piano, flush type single pole, one way 5 Amps complete all as specified.

M&L ceiling rose, 3 phase/PVC/Polycarbonate, isolated body complete all as specified.

S&F Electronic fan regulator, flush type phenolic laminated sheet etc as required.

Supply & fix ceiling fans ceiling BLDC type complete with accessories 230 V,1200 mm sweep. BEE 5 star rated with provn of necesary hanging hook on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix ceiling fans ceiling BLDC type complete with accessories 230 V,1400 mm sweep. BEE 5 star rated with provn of necesary hanging hook on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Exhaust fan, heavy duty, 450 mm sweep, 1425 RPM, with louvers, metal body conforming to IS, AC single phase, 240 Volts, 50 Hz and connecting including provision of two way PVC connectors, 1.50 sqmm flexible three core multistranded copper conductor cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan including earthing and fixing arrangements like making hole in wall and finishing to shape to match adjoining surface complete all as specified and directed.

PART -II - SPECIAL REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF INTERNAL ELECTRICAL FIXTURES AND WIRING OF BASIC WORKSHOP AND MTR & S SECTION AT MTTI

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring for (light, fan, socket or power) complete including unserviceable fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, holders, sockets etc. and making good the disturbed surfaces on wall/floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully Power / Sub main wirings with PVC aluminum conductor cables in PVC/STEEL conduits / TW battens up to 3 runs of 4/6/10 Sq.mm removing materials from site, taken as credit , making good the disturbed surfaces all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCB DB SPN 12 way, double door, powder coated, 240 volts, AC, 50Hz, IP 43 protected, with provision for MCB double pole as incomer and SP MCBs as outgoing with tinned copper bus bar, neutral link, earth link and connecting up complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Incoming and Outgoing MCB measured separately relevent items.

S&F MCB DB SPN 4 way, double door, powder coated, 240 volts, AC, 50Hz, IP 43 protected, with provision for MCB double pole as incomer and SP MCBs as outgoing with tinned copper bus bar, neutral link, earth link and connecting up complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fixing 415V, 16 KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of TPN and current carrying capacity 40 AMP, in the MCB DB Complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified.

S&F LED building security light fitting 45W made up of pressure die cast housing with toughened glass and individual high power LEDs complete pre-wired and connecting up with suitable twin core flexble copper wire including provision of necessary GI tubing medium grade 25 mm bore of pipe 1.5 bent to shape with necessary clamps made out of mild steel, nuts and bolts etc. fixing the fitting to Bldg etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable ceiling fans,sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and deposit blades to store complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of Exhaust fan, heavy duty, 300 mm sweep, 1425 RPM, with louvers, metal body conforming to IS, AC single phase, 240 Volts, 50 Hz and connecting including provision of two way PVC connectors, 1.50 sqmm flexible three core multistranded copper conductor cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan including earthing and fixing arrangements like making hole in wall and finishing to shape to match adjoining surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix wall mounted fans 450 mm sweep PVC blades 230 volts single phase oscillating suitable for wall mounting with all fixing arangemnts on wall/trusses complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply & fix Air circulator fans AC single phase 230/ 240 V of size 600 mm sweep with all necessary fixing arrangemtns on wall/ trusses complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawing in conduit or any other situation for loop earthing etc as reqd 20 x 3 mm dia copper strip complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 3.15mm thick burried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt, filling in alternate layer and electrode connections by using copper strip 20 x 3mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of copper or brass and protected by light grade 15 mm dia GI pipe connected to main switch board or main control board, and GI pipe light grade 20 mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1: 2: 4 type C2 including excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 mtr all as specified and as shown on Plate No 5 of SSR Part I (2009) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Chemical earthing with copper earth plate 90x60cmx5mm & copper earth strip 32x6mm complete all as specified and directed.
