OUT SOURCING SERVICES FOR OPERATION OF STAND BY DG SETS OF VARIOUS CAPACITY INCLUDING ITS COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENACES AT AF STATION CARNICOBAR

Out Sourcing Services for Operation and Maintenance of Standby DG Set pertaing to Zone A area ,consisting of different capacities located in various locations for technical/ domestic area as including generate electric power to feed the power supply and replacement of defective spare parts all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge:- 'A' Zone-The following DG Sets will be operated in three shifts as one FGM per Shift, timing of Shifts (i) 06:00 Hrs to 14:00 Hrs (ii) 14:00 Hrs to 22:00 Hrs (iii) 22:00 Hrs to 06:00 Hrs. (a) DG Sets of Capacity 62.5 KVA at ATC (b) DG Sets of Capacity 62.5 KVA at CEO Complex (c) DG Sets of Capacity 62.5 KVA at SMC. (d) DG Sets of Capacity82.5 KVA at AF Net.

Note : - Notes for Item No.1 above and continue.... (i) The FGM deployed in shift will not leave the duty station until reliever reported and take over the complete installation for operation and duty/Shift will be directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Sum of double the quoted rate will be recovered in case operator found absent in the installation. (iii) The operator should posses minimum ITI/ Experience by the OEM in operation & maintenance of DG Sets and same also be approved by the accepting officer within one week from the issue of work order. (iv) All the documents ,Log sheet, attendance register will be maintained by the contractor and same also be produced at the time of payment.

Note : - Contd.. (v) Salary of the operators be paid by the contractor in their respective adhar linked accounts confirming to labour law of Andaman Nicobar Govt and summary will be produced to the department at time of payment. (vi) Tools for minor repair be provided by the Contractor. (vii) Uniform with safety shoe, first aid box for operator will be provided by the contractor. (viii) Man power deployed by the contractor shall have enrolled with EPF & ESIC. (ix) Man power shall have insurance for Rs. 2.00 Lakh provided by the Contractor. (x) The quoted rate shall deemded to include for grease and cotton waste and in any minor parts. (xi) Diesel will be issued to the contactor under Sch 'B' and the contactor is fully responcibal to collect and refueling from Captive power house to repective DG Set.

(a) DG Sets of Capacity 62.5 KVA at Base Ops (b) DG Sets of Capacity 82.5 KVA at Transmitter (c) DG Sets of Capacity 62.5 KVA at HRDF (d) DG Sets of Capacity 100 KVA -03 Nos at 151 Sqn (e) DG Sets of Capacity 30KVA at Logistic Section

COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE: Carrying out maintenance/servicing of Stand by DG Sets of capacity of 30 KVA - 1 No ,35 KVA -02 ,62.5 KVA - 5 No, 82.5 KVA-02 No ,100 KVA-03 Nos & 125 KVA - 1 No NOTE :- (i) Cost of Engine oil, filters etc. required for the above checks shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Cost of tools and metering/ measuring instruments etc. are deemed to be included in above quoted rates. (iii) Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately as 'Supply only. (iv) Maintenance shall be carried out as per schedule given by their respective OEM's and certficate for the Same also be produced to the Department. (v) Diesel for running the DG sets will be issued under Sch "B" free for consumption.

Note :- Contd....) (vi) The quoted shall be deemed to include for carrying out A,B,C and D check. (vii) Replace the lubricating oil. (viii) Replace the full flow lubricating oil fillter element. (ix) Replace lubricating oil by pass filter element. (x) Replace the fuel fillter element. (xi) check engine coolent. (xii) Replace Hydraulic governor oil (xii) clean the crank case breather (xiii) check the turbo charger

Supply of Kirloskar Oil of grade 15W - 40 or as specified by manufacturer for topping up or replacement of lubricating oils during different checks complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for copper earthing complete with copper plate 600 mmx 600mm x 3.15mm thick electrode burried directly in ground not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level, with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs deep below normal ground level, connected to 20x3mm copper strip as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts check nuts to earth test point including necessary PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate pit, cover frame, GI pipe 40mm dia light grade for protection of earthing strip and GI pipe 20 mm dia for watering pipe with funnel, wire mesh, salt, charcoal dust and excavation complete all as specified and as directed.
