Providing and fixing in position Tata Blue scope sheets roofing/cladding etc. of approved grade and colour (LYSAGHT TRIMDEK®-1015) manufactured from COLORBOND® XRW steel. High tensile steel with minimum 550mpa yield strength, metallic hotdipped coated with Al-Zn alloy (55% Aluminum, 43.5% Zinc, 1.5% SI) as per AS1397/ISI 5961 standards and ZINCALUME AZ150 (min.150g/m2 total on both sides with super durable polyester COLORBOND® XRW steel quality paint system of approved color suitable for exterior conforming to AS/NZS 2728 type –ISI 5965 class3 tata blue scope make. The sheets have a total coating thickness of 35 microns. Super durable polyester COLORBOND® XRW quality paint systems of 20 microns on exposed surface and 5 micron reverse polyester coat on back surface and 5 microns primer coat on both surface the paint system made on stable resin & inorganic pigments for paint durability and is lead free. Making it suitable for rain water harvesting the steel sheets have brand marking of the product complete in all respect as per manufacturer specifications and to the entire satisfaction of the E-in-C.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, MS. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building ete wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen ete. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in- charge The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
