M&L for complete removal of exising treatment on wall any surface including sand paper gentle rubbing to obtain smooth surfaces, including necessary putty filling in holes/ uneven surface and applying two coat of water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint of approved colour (company depot tinted of approved make and shade) over a coat of primer with Anti fungals/ anti-Algae properties as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of exising treatment on wall any surface including sand paper gentle rubbing to obtain smooth surfaces, applying two coat of water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour (company depot tinted of approved make and shade) over a coat of primer with Anti fungals/ anti-Algae properties over 1mm thick acrylic wall putty as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation old decorated surface of walls including sand paper gentle rubbing to obtain smooth surfaces, including necessary putty filling in holes/ uneven surface with acrylic putty and applying One coat of water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour (company depot tinted of approved make and shade) as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Note : Work shall be carried out of height upto 25 Mtr. All necessary arrangements for approaching material and saftey gear for labour shall be followed and deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
