Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep for foundation of poles, stays and struts and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each layer as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material/soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & Labour for cutting the existing bitumen road at a width of 0.6 to 1 meter in width,1 to 1.3 meter in depth and after laying the water pipe the disturbed soil is should be return and refilling it and well ramming the surface and make the disturbed surface with PCC(1:2:4) type B1 mass concrete (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing 150 mm dia new CI Double out let Air Release Valve as per IS:14845 for fixing up in CI/DI water supply mains complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Leader/Venus/BIR/Kirloskar/L&T/Upadhyay

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of LT XLPE insulated, sheathed, armoured heavy duty electric aluminium conductor cable 1100 Volts grade of size 3½ core x 500 sq mm (laid in trenches, ducts, pole, wall etc.) complete all as specified and as as directed by engineer in charge.

Dismantling existing PCC Pole/Steel tubular pole along with all light fittings & accessories of any type and height by disconnecting all electrical connections & light fittings including taking out old materials from the site and breaking of PCC foundation and refixing the same pole complete along with electrical connections along with same light fittings & accessories including making new PCC foundation and making connections as required including complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws a at desired location at site all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing garden lights/ path way lights including GI pipe & light fitting of any type and height by disconnecting the electrical connections & light fittings including taking out old materials from the site and breaking of PCC foundation and refixing the same garden lights/ path way lights complete along with electrical connections & same light fittings including making new PCC foundation and making connections as required and testing after making it fully serviceable by checking the condition and replacing the lamps only if required complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES : (i) Lamps, if required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately as under relevant items as SUPPLY ONLY (ii) Necessary arrangements for carrying out dismantle and refix shall be under taken by the contractor.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of poles complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for mass filling of poles etc complete all as specified & directed.

Disconnecting old serviceable LT UG cables of size 2 core 6 sqmm to 4 core 16 sqmm and draw out from the pipe/pole or in under ground including re laying the same in trenches or in walls or poles with necessary clamping all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:Necessary excavation will be measured and paid seperately.

Disconnecting old serviceable LT UG cables of size 3.5 core 25 sqmm 50 sqmm and draw out from the pipe/pole or in under ground including re laying the same in trenches or in walls or poles with necessary clamping all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:Necessary excavation will be measured and paid seperately.

Disconnecting old serviceable LT UG cables of size 3.5 core 70 sqmm 120 sqmm and draw out from the pipe/pole or in under ground including re laying the same in trenches or in walls or poles with necessary clamping all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:Necessary excavation will be measured and paid seperately.

Taking out LT panel of any size by disconnecting all incoming and outgoing cables including breaking of PCC foundation for transporting and fixing in other place safely as directed including re-fixing of LT panel board with new PCC foundation, angle supports, nuts, bolts and washers including transportation like crane, truck etc without disturbing existing electrical system complete all as specified and as directed. Note: cost of necessary PCC, excavation and earth work is deemed to be included in Quoted rate.

Supply & fix FRP pole box 170 x 170 x 105 mm consisting of 1 No 50 A 4 pole connector and 1 No 16 A MCB SP including taking down the old/unserviceable junction boxes all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of LED street light fixture IP 66 with high power LED and unique power lens to ensure uniform light distribution, higher spacing between poles and maintenance free system of capacity 70 watts, 220 volts, 50Hz including removing of the old unserviceable halogen/any type of light fittings all as specified and directed.

M&L for street light mounting bracket made up of 32 mm dia galvanised steel tubing, medium grade, 1.50 metres long, bent to shape with inner angle not less than 120°, with and including necessary fixing clamps fabricated out of angle iron/flat iron of suitable size, bolts, nuts and washers as required and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for steel tubular swaged poles 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) conforming to IS:2713 (Part-I) 1980, welded with mild steel base plate of size 300x300x6mm thick, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including taking down old unserviceable pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of out door type Street light timer Panel/Distribution Boards with 110A 3 pole/230 Volts contactor and Digital 24 hrs/ Analog Time Switch, 125A MCCB, Manual and Auto Mode Toggle switch cable connectors all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted surfaces RCC / steel tubular poles of street lights upto 10.0 metre height by scraping with emery paper and making free from rust, dust and any foreign material and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of tint as directed including letter writing such as pole number and source point of electric supply with black paint and fluorescent paint in circumference of poles /mast towers of various heights complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F cable jointing kits for joining LT cables for 4 core 16 to 25 sqmm / 3½ core x 25 to 120sqmm size cable complete all as specified and as as directed by engineer in charge.
