Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles(make of RAK/ORIENT/Kajaria premium or equivalent ) in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorptions less than 0.08% and conforming to IS :15622 of approved make , in all colours and shades, built in design tiles etc.including providing different coloured tiles of required size in designs as per instructions of Engineer in-charge including fixing with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS 15477 in average 6 mm thickness including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc complete. Size of Tile 1000x1000 mm or 1200x800 mm or 1200x600 mm

Removing dry or oil bound distemper by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Removing & refixing the existing door shutter including cutting/repairing to required size as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Of area 3 sq. metres and below

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. New work (two or more coats) over and including one priming coat with base coat

Dismantling tile work in floors, dado and roofs laid in cement mortar including all lead and lift and stacking as per Engineer-in-charge and dispose the dismantled/demolished un-useful materials along compound wall in-side the NGRI campus as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge . For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Demolishing CC/RCC work by mechanical means and stockpiling at designated locations and stacking disposal materials and disposal of unserviceable materials with in NGRI Campous,including cutting reinforcement bars. 1:3:6 or richer mix

Cleaning of rain water drains of all depths by engaging required man power including removing of existing covers and refixing properly to complete the job as per. Disposal of surplus earth/mud in the NGRI campus as per instructions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All works upto plinth level. 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing, hoisting and fixing upto plinth level up to floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete in shelves, drain covers including setting in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3 coarse sand), including cost of required centering, shuttering and finishing with neat cement punning on exposed surfaces but , excluding the cost of reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm and 12.5 mm nominal size).

Removing and refixing of Aluminum partitions, Aluminum Door etc. After removing necessary alterations will be done no extra payment will be made for glass cutting, board cutting, Aluminum section cutting, glass beading, glass rubber etc.

Providing and Fixing cupboards (Depth of the cupboard app 500 mm or as per site requirement ) with century ply make 9 mm ply at back side, 19 mm ply on all four sides including one at middle portion, front shutters, with SS screws, SS handles, mortice (godrej make) lock, ball catchers, and the front shutters of either type of sliding or with side hinges with 19 mm ply of anti termite, water proof etc. and 1 mm or more PVC lipping around the eadge of ply wood like Door, frame etc to complete the job as per instructions of engineer in charge.

Removing of old damgaed PVC flooring including removing of old gule etc and dispose the materials within in the campus as drection of Engineer-in-chrage.
