Earth work excavation for foundations (Manual Means) of buildings, septic tank, sump, compound wall in ordinary soils and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10m and depth up to 3m including all operational,incidental, labour charges such as shoring, sheeting, planking, strutting etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work excluding dewatering charges etc., as per SS 20 B (APSS 308)

Plain Cement Concrete in (1:5:10) propotion (Cement:fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) for foundations bed using 40mm size (SS5) hard granite metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand(50% natural/River sand+50% Rock sand/Manufactured sand), coarse aggregate, water etc., to site including cost of seignorage charges on all materials and including all charges for machine mixing layng concrete ramming in 15cm layers, finishing top surface to the required level curing etc., complete for finished item of work (APSS No.402)

RR Masonry in CM (1:6) Cement: Sand) using hard granite stones from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like Granite stones, cement, sand(50% of Natural sand +50% of Manufactured sand(Rock Sand), water, etc., to site including Sales & other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental, and labor charges such as cutting stones to required size and shape, mixing of cement mortar, constructing masonry, curing etc., complete for finished item of work for foundation and basement (APSS No. 601 & 615) Below Ground level

Brick Masonry in superstructure with CM (1:8) prop: using Fly ASH Bricks of size 290x225x140mm with compressive of 50 Kgs / Sqcm from approved source including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, fly ash bricks, water etc., to site, including sales & other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing cement mortar, constructing masonry, scaffolding charges, lift charges, curing, etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS No. 501 & 504). (50% Natural Sand+50% Manufactured Sand)

Plastering with CM(1:4) Prop: 12mm thick in single coat including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, including seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental charges and labour charges such as mixing mortar, finishing, curing, etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS 901,906)

White washing two coats with whiting of approved quality to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including over heads & contractor profitcost and conveyance of all materials, and labour charges, incidental such as scaffolding, lift charges but excluding VAT etc., complete for finished item of work.
