Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift up to 1.5 meter (5ft) and lead upto 30m (100ft) and including filling, watering & ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation treches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as direction by the Engineering charge upto a distance of 30m (100ft) from the foundation trenches.

Cement concrete with 4cm (1/2") gauge approved stone ballast approved coarse sand, cement in the proportion 8:4:1 including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work

Class-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and fine sand of 1.25 fineness and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. Required for proper completion of the work. ( Above Plinth Level )

RCC work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm. (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors and windows, excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.I wire and suttering etc and also including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. binding wire to be supplied by the contractor free of cost.

Centering & shuttering for R.C.C. Slabs,column, lintels & Simple Beams including all materials & T&P

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. TMT bars Fe500D

Supply Of M.S. Angle iron door , window Ventilation Frame made of approved m.s. Angle iron wrogt to reqrired from including drilling hole, welding and recetting where necessary and also including supply of all material , sucj as steel hinges of required size, nut & bolt etc. and also including all taxes , wages & one coat of red oxide paint complete in all respect as per direction of engineer- in - charge for proper completion of work at site of work

Supply and fixing of 40 mm (1/1/2")thick commercial quality Sitapur ply or others approved plywood flush shutters including stops and inculing fixing and adjustment of hinges , bolts, locks handles springs, and/or other fitting but exculuding their supply and including painting with two coats of black japan on all Iron fitting if necessary and inculing fixing the glass panes with putty and brad glass to be 4mm thick fitting with necessary screw to be supplied depertmentally

Apprpoximate cost of brass fitting with screws for doors and window etc.

12 m.M. Thick Plaster On Brick Work minimum Thickness Not Less Than 10 m.m. With 1 Part of Cement and 2 Part of fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus

One priming coat and one coat of dry distemper on new work including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.but for each coat of distemper after the first coat.

Providing and laying of 8 to 10mm thick ivory or light shade vitrified tiles of 600mm x 600mm size in flooring or skirting laid with 1 : 3 cement mortar (1 cement, 3 coarse sand) finishing with cement sturry & with pigment grouting & Polishing comlete I/C S/O all material labour T & P etc. required for proper completion of work excluding base contrete.

Completion of Electrical & Pluming work Include in Electrical all type of conduct fitting, wiring, Electrification, Modular Switched & Simple Fittiing Like holders etc. & in plumbing include Swp, Rwp, Wwp Fitting , include all fixture like W/c, Tab. Shower, Basin etc. fitting Etc. ( Total Cost of Electrical & Plumbing work is up to the 2.5 to 6 % Varying upon Qualitiy & Specification of total project civil cost )
