Collection of FIM, handling, transportation, storage, pickling & passivation, physical measurement, checking interferences, fabrication, installation & alignment on supports of SS304L pipelines, inline equipment & fittings at various elevations. This also includes preparation of fabrication drawings, supply of consumables, instruments, scaffoldings, setting up of fabrication shop, dimensional measurement, providing as built drawings, documentation, FIM accounting, hydro-testing of spools etc as per technical specifications, drawings and as directed by EIC. Size of pipes involved are from 8NB to 200NB schedule 40. Pipes ≤1" shall be considered as 1".

Fillet/Flange welding of SS304L material by GTAW process using ER 308L filler wires with argon purging and shielding including LP examination on root and final pass of joints along with supply of all consumables and filler wires as per technical specifications. Pipes ≤1" shall be considered as 1" dia.

Butt/Nozzle/Miter welding of SS304L pipes, fittings, etc. by GTAW process using ER 308L filler wires with argon purging and shielding including LP examination on root and final pass of joints along with supply of all consumables and filler wires as per technical specifications. Pipe size ranging from 8NB to 25NB Pipes ≤1" shall be considered as 1" dia.

Butt/Nozzle/Miter welding of SS304L pipes, fittings, etc. by GTAW process using ER 308L filler wires with argon purging and shielding including LP examination on root and final pass of joints along with supply of all consumables and filler wires as per technical specifications. Radiography inspection of Butt/Miter Joints using X-ray /Gamma ray machines, for SS piping at various elevations. Arrangement of Radiography equipment, tools, darkroom and pits at site. Supply of all consumables like films, chemicals etc. to carryout radiography as per approved procedure and technical specifications. Re-shoots, retake, repair and 3% audit radiography joints will not be counted for measurement. The contractor shall provide Radiographs in digital as well as hard copy format along with other inspection reports. Pipe size ranging from 8NB to 50NB.

Cold bending of SS 304L Pipes up to 40NB including cleaning, LP examination and dimensional measurement as per technical specifications. Bending machine, dies and other consumables as required are in the scope of contractor. Pipe size ranging from 8NB to 50NB Pipes ≤1" shall be considered as 1" bend.

Supply, fabrication and installation of SS-304L identification tags of size 100mm (Length) x 25mm (Width) x 1mm (Thick). Line number/ fitting designation given by the department engraved with 5mm Text height and highlighted with black paint. Each line tag shall be placed at suitable locations as per technical specification and instruction given by the EIC.

Procurement ,supply, fabrication, inspection and erection of supports made of MS material having sections angle, channels, box sections, plates, drilling and fixing of anchor plate etc including EP,liner grid and Structural steel work embedment in concrete. as per technical specification and instruction given by the EIC.

Collection of FIM, supply, fabrication, inspection and erection, welding of supports ,clamps and plate EPs etc made of SS304 material having sections angle, channels, box sections, plates etc.Including EP,liner grid and Structural steel work embedment in concrete. at INRPC project as per technical specification and instruction given by the EIC.

Procurement,supply, fabrication, inspection and erection of supports and clamps made of SS304 material having sections angle, channels, box sections, plates etc and welding these supports to Eps as per site requirements, technical specification and approved drawings.including EP,liner grid and Structural steel work embedment in concrete.

Supply and Fixing of GI Anchor fastener of size M12x150mm long, drilling through SS lining in concrete as per requirement for fixing plate Eps or other structures, Fabrication and erection of SS caps for sealing of anchor fastener heads as per Tender specifications, drawings and as directed by the EIC.

Fabrication and installation of Pipe support SS 304L plate EPs. The work includes collection of FIM, handling, transportation, storage, pickling passivation, fabrication and installation of Eps using Anchor fastener. Fabrication involves cutting of SS plates and drilling holes for fixing with anchor fasteners.

Hydrostatic testing of Pipe Embedments, including cutting of blinds, cleaning, Preparation of ends for hydrostatic test, testing and normalization for further work, supply and installation of PVC end caps after completion of activity as per technical specification and instruction of EIC. It also includes cleaning/straightening of pipe EPs, testing setup and other consumables as required. Size of pipes involved are from 8NB to 150NB.

Procurement,inspection, testing, supply and safe delivery of SS 304L, 90 degree LR elbow of size 50 NB Schedule 40 Butt welded ends at BARC Tarapur as per tender specifications.

Procurement,inspection, testing, supply and safe delivery of SS 304L , Unequal Tee 80NBx50NB Schedule 40 Butt welded fitting at BARC Tarapur as per tender specifications.

Providing chipping in concrete upto 40 mm depth and upto 300 mm wide for RCC Surfaces of floor and wall rendering smooth top including grinding / carborandum/chipping stone for repairing surface defects with C.M 1:2 (using Crushed sand) including a floating coat of neat cement and protecting the surface subsequent to cleaning all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all levels

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 crushed sand, 4 gradedstone aggregate of nominal size 20 mm) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete asper specification and drawings but excluding the cost of Formwork shuttering, centering and steel reinforcement at all Levels

Core cutting in RCC beyond 100 mm up to and including 200 mm Dia in PAD pit at different elevation below ground level including supply of required tools, machinary, scaffoldings, qualified manpower etc.

Grouting near pipe flanges in wall, below base plates of columns, equipments, around the foundation bolts,or locations as specified using pre-packed cementetious non-shrink grout (of approved brand & quality) including cleaning the base by water / compressed air, pre-soaking, shuttering / formwork, mixing, placing, curing etc. complete all as per manufacturer's guidelines and as directed by the Engineer-incharge.
