SITC of Radiator Cooled and Turbo charged Silent DG Set (As per latest CPCB emission norms) having specifications as per A, B, C, D, E, F,G,H & I

A) 1500 RPM Diesel Engine conforming to BS:649/5514 of suitable BHP (up to 82.5 kVA 6 cylinder or Below required, 125 kVA & Above ratings 6 cylinder or above required ) capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation., Dry exhaust mainfold with Hospital grade silencer and catalytic convertor(isolated from main DG chamber), up to 3 M exhaust piping (with LRB insulation & Alum. cladding ) as required .

B) AC Brush less SPDP Alternator conform to BS 5000 (part 99) or IS/IEC 60034-1. . Alternator shall be self regulated with standard Alternator Protection( Over voltage , over speed & under voltage, under speed warning & shutdown).Engine & Alternator mounted on a common base Frame & coupled through a flexible coupling or close coupled

C) CPCB / ARAI approved Standard canopy with Weatherproof, powdercoated Accoustic enclosure for DG set for sound attenuation fabricated from 1.6 mm CRCA sheet steel (structure) with sidewall fabricated from 1.6 mm CRCA sheet & filled with glasswool (96Kg/m3) / Foam. as per IS8183 the doors of 28/40/50/85mm thick as perrating and fabricated from 1.6mm CRCA sheet packed with accoustic material, All doors/opening are sealed with neoprene /EPDNgaskets. The DG Set has Inbuilt / External in fuel tank to run 6 to 8 Hrs as per OEM standard, with protection and tripping of DG set against temperature of more than 50 degree centigrade.

D) Electronic / Mechanical governor, Manual & electric Start ,Batteries with battry charger, Engine instruments panel,AVM pads All controls for operation of DG set are from outside the enclosure with DG control panel having Microprocessor based Genset monitoring like Running Hour, RPM, Low Lube Oil tripping & control system, Panel mounted MCCB/ACB of suitable rating, Ammeter, Voltmeter, PF meter, frequency meter, KWH meter,digital fuel display meter, Ind.lamps etc. mounted inside enclosure , visible and accessible from outside. The enclosure should be suitable for following capacity DG sets and alternator. Noise level shall be less than 75 dB at a distance of 1 Mtrs. duly certified by authorised agency etc. complete in all respect of following capacity :

E) (i) Accoustic glass wool wall thickness should not be less then 40mm and not less then 20mm PU foam upto rating 100 KVA. (ii).Accoustic glass wool wall thickness should not be less then 65mm and not less then 50mm PU foam upto rating 250 KVA. (iii)Accoustic glass wool wall thickness should not be less then 100mm for rating above 250 KVA.

F) First filling of the fuel tank shall be done by contractor and the prevailing fuel cost at that time shall be reimbursed to the contactor by department.

G) Servicing Contract of DG Set from OEM's Authorised Service Dealer as per OEM guidelines during the DLP period shall be done by contractor including all consumables, actual charges shall be reimbursed to the contractor by End User Department.

H) Manufacturer / OEM must have its authorized service dealer in Rajasthan. Which can provide service within 6 Hours of compalint registration.

I) DG set will be offered for Inspection and Testing at Manufacturer's Works in presence of Departmental Engineers. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. For additional technical parameters of products/ work , refer Annexure "A" attached with this BSR .

500 KVA at 0.8 pf 415V 50Hz 3-ǿ

Supply & fabrication steel structure with MS channel / angle / joist / ISMB / sheet etc. including welding, rivetting, cutting, nut & bolt , one coat of primer & two coat of enamel paint etc. as required complete in all respect. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. For additional technical parameters of products/ work , refer Annexure "A" attached with this BSR .

Earth work in excavation/ by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator) / Manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sum on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed:

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1-Cement : 6-Sand).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Plaster on new surface on wall in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish :

20mm thick

Providing & Laying P.V.C. / XLPE insulated & P.V.C. sheathed Arrmoured Aluminium cable confirming to IS:1554 P-I / IS :7098 P - I of 1.1 KV with H4- Grade electrolytic aluminium conductor confirming to IS 8130 of purity >99.6 %, round / flat strip armouring of cables, Inner / outer sheath confirming to IS:5831 in existing RCC / Hume / Stoneware / PVC pipe/ open duct/cable trench / Cable tray(with cable tie) including testing etc. as required of following size. OEM must have it's own in house NABL accrediated Laboratory for testing procedure as per IS:10810.For additional technical parameters of product / work refer Annexure 'A' attached with this BSR

Add Extra for Laying of one number additional PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation including excavation of trench of size additional 20 cm in width, with procedure as per following points :- (a) Make a river sand bed of height 125 mm along the trench, (b) Lay another cable in middle of trench in such manner that spacing between another cable is 20 cm., (c) Provide river sand bed of height 125 mm on top of the cable. (d) Lay the protective Common burnt clay F.P.S. Bricks of Class designation 75 /Sand stone slabs of 50 mm thickness and 225 mm wide just above the sand bed vertically across the cable ( Approx. 9 no. Bricks per Mtr.), (e) Backfill the excavated soil leaving 300 mm from the Ground level, (f)Lay the Cable warning tape and again back-fill the remaining portion of the trench upto the ground level and compacting the earth

Add Extra in Item no. 11.7 if Excavation done in Hard Rock / CC road / TAR Road and making Good the same

Plate Earthing as per IS:3043 with copper Earth plate of purity >95% of size 600mm x 600mm x 3.0mm by embodying 3 mtr. below the ground level with 20 mm dia. G.I. 'B' class watering Pipe ,including all accessories like nut, bolts, reducer, nipple, wire meshed funnel, and Heavy duty weather proof poly-propylene earth pit chamber with lockable Jam free lid suitable for safe working load 5000 Kg or more of size Top Dia. 225 to 260 mm, Bottom Dia 300 to 350 mm. and Height 250 to 300 mm. and embodying the pipe complete with alternate layers salt and coke/ charcoal, testing of earth resistance for value of 5 ohms or less as required & must record by engineer in charge during site visit and ensure to enter in measurment book. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. For additional technical parameters of products/ work , refer Annexure "A" attached with this BSR .

Supply and installation of high tensile low carbon steel rod molecularly bonded with 99.9 % Copper thickness (250 microns) and confirming to UL 467, IS/IEC 62561-2 of following size and length and as per point mentioned (a), (b), [c), (d), (e) below :-

(a) Bore a hole of dia. 100 mm of required length, Place the rod in the centre of Hole

(b) filled with anti corrosive conductive compounds with the permanent sealings at both the ends, CPRI/ ERDA tested with RMS capacity of minimum 30 KA for withstanding 1 second .To ensure the moisture content and electrical conductivity, 25 kg for 2000 mm & 50 Kgs for 3000mm of resistance lowering earth enhancement material shall be used as a backfill compound. The compound shall be tested form NABL acredeated lab for low resistivity ( less than 0.12 Ohm - meter ) & high conductivity in nature with carbon as a major content as per referance of IS 3043-1987,IEEE 80-2013 (clause 14.5d) , IEEE 837 & IER 1956 with latest amendemnts

© Connect the rod with copper Strip/Conductor/Wire with suitable clamp made from tinned copper and SS 304 Bolt

(d) Place Heavy duty weather proof poly-propylene earth pit chamber with lockable Jam free lid suitable for safe working load 5000 Kg or more of size Top Dia. 225 to 260 mm, Bottom Dia 300 to 350 mm. and Height 250 to 300 mm.

(d) Testing of earth resistance for value of 5 ohms or less as required & must record by engineer in charge during site visit and ensure to enter in measurment book.

(e) Test certificates for confirming above standards from OEM is mandatory. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. For additional technical parameters of products/ work , refer Annexure "A" attached with this BSR .

17.2 mm thick and 3 Mtr. Long

Supply & Laying following size earth strip in horizontal or vertical run in surface by means of Earth strip DMC Insulator including riveting/ soldering/ welding, Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 set of Brass (for Cu strip) / GI (for GI Strip) nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50cm making connection etc. as required.All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. 50mm x 6mm G.I. ( Hot Dipped ) Strip

P / L of Double wall corrugated HDPE pipe confirming to IS : 16205 P-24, Stiffness Class 750 N, Externally corrugated and having smooth surface inside with HDPE Coupler, Elbow, Tee at required Depth below the ground for laying cable of following Nominal Outer dia. MFR Test report from NABL accrediated is to be submitted.(Excavation of Earth & Back filling with compaction is to be Paid Extra)All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. Supplying and making one end termination with Nickel plated heavy duty brass single compression gland (as per IS 12943-1990)) SIBG type consisting of Check Nut, Gland Body, Metal Washer(3 Nos.), Outer Seal Rubber Ring, Compression Nut, heavy duty aluminium lugs (as per IS 8309 -1993) duly crimped with crimping tool, PVC tape as per IS 8337-1976 of following size of PVC insulated & PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1100 volt grade as required.All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. Charges for Providing of experienced and Highly skilled/ skilled/semi-skilled/ Un skilled labour for electric repair/ maintenance/operation of Air conditioning /Air cooling / Fire fighting /Lift/D G set /CCTV/EPABX or any other electromechanical services/ systems as required.( One shift of 8 Hours per day )
