PROVISION OF DG SET (320 KVA) FOR MH GAYA UNDER GE GAYA

Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning of factory assembled Diesel Engine driven generating set fully wired alternator AC to give an output of 320 KVA/256KW , 380 BHP or nearest BHP as per OEM, continuously rating at a PF of 0.8 lagging, 415 volts , AC 3 phase 4 wire 50 HZ ,1500 RPM, directly coupled with diesel engine water cooled mounted on common base frame complete with inbuilt fuel tank of OEM make of adequate capacity with fuel line & accessories, including plinth for dg as per manufacturer recommendation vibration damper pads & other accessories etc. With complete AMF (Auto Mains Failure Panel) , inbuilt Silencer, in built Fuel Tank, Inbuilt AVM Pads  DG Set in Acoustic, First Fill of Lube oil & DEF, Battery with Leads.  Remote Monitoring Unit as directed.

Diesel engine: Radiator cooled turbocharger to deliver not less than 310 BHP or nearest BHP as per OEM & 1500 RPM under NTP conditions of BS 5514 and conforming to IS 10002, DIN 6271 & ISO 3046 with an overload capacity of 10 % for one hour in any 12 continuous hours operation with the following accessories. :- 6 cylinder, In-line 4 stroke, radiator cooled engine,Full Authority Electronic Engine,Well designed air handling system with,Dry type, Replaceable paper element air cleaner with restriction indicator,Air to air aftercooling,Optimised turbocharger for increased altitude capabilities,Best in class fuel economy with,Bosch HPCR fuel system with A1 class electronic governing,Dual fuel filter system: Pre filter including water separator and Water In Fuel (WIF) sensor and main filter,Electrical lift pump for faster response,Standard integral set-mounted radiator system, designed and tested for 50°C ambient temperature,Full flow spin on lube oil filter,Plate type lube oil cooler,First fill of lube oil and coolant,Electrical starter motor with soft start engagement feature,Battery charging alternator,2X 12 V DC battery

Alternator: 320 KVA/256 KW at 0.8 PF ,415 Volt, 3 hase, 4 wire, 50 Hz , at 1500 RPM , Brushless type, Screen protected, revoling field, Self excited alternator conforming to IS/IEC 13364(I&II) ,3 Phase reconnectable winding with 12 terminals brought out for connection, better motor strating capabilty, best in class efficiency, Compact design with sealed bearing for longer life and lesser maintainance & Impregnation on all wound components for better mechanical strength. STD manual panel inside the canopy : AMF panel : AMF Panel shall be manufactured by OEM only. The AMF panel shall be outdoor type comprising of suitable size of Contactors, MCCB's, MCB's, control wiring of suitable sizes & indicator lamps as standard components.

Acoustic Enclosure: M & L for acoustic enclosure (canopy) for the above 320 KVA DG Set to reduce noise level to 75 dB (A) measured at 1.0 metre distance for audible frequencies as approved from CPCB IV+ for emission compliance as per Central Pollution Control Board norms of suitable size as per manufacturer's specification and comprising of following :- Acoustic Enclosure made CRCA sheets in munsel green shade and a structural / sheet metal base frame panted in black. High quality noise absorbant and fire -retardant grade acoustoic Insulation material (P.U Foam) complying to IS 8183. Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 400 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cables errecting of pole including getting out in any kind of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer of any kind of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material from site not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Clean dry sand laid in trenches/ducts for bedding and cushioning to cable, including spreading and leveling complete all as specified and directed. .
