Providing and laying of CC in 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement 2 Sand 4 Stone agg. 20mm) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and inforcement for reiforced concreat work ( complete in all respect) in foundation and super structure

Providing form work with steel plate 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x15 mm so as to give a fare finish including centering shuttering stutting and propping etc (vertical surface)

Stone filling in Apron dry hand Pack tightly in under floor ( 1x 6.00 x 2.70 x 0.20) 3.24

Excavation in foundation & trenches etc.in earth work, lift up to 50mm. Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs clear from the edge of excavation and than in to plinth. Side of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and than disposing off all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead 20mtrs (50% pick50%Jumper Work)

Providing and Laying of Cement concrete 1:5:10 (1Cement: 5 Sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in bottom

Providing & form work with steel plate 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm. so as to give a rough finishing including centring shutering, strutting and propping and centring below supporting float to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete work in. (Vertical surfaces such as wall as above G.L )

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:11/2:3 (1 cement: 11/2 sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in suspended floor landing and shelves and their support balconies beam girders, bressumers and cantilever uo to floor two level (Vertical surfaces such as wall as below G.L and above)

Providing mild / tor steel reinforcement work i/c bending & placing in position complete (skin reinforcement)

Providing and Laying of in position Cement Concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work upto plinth level. Cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 Sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) curring complete etc.
