Daily brooming i/c cleaning the floors,tables,chairs, and window glass panes with a duster soaked in clean water,cleaning the tiles in toilet with a suitable cleaning agent twice a week, daily washing of toilets (Urinals/ WC Pan/Wash basin etc.) with phenyl liquid i/c putting the napthalene balls,toilet freshners cubes in urinals, maintaining sifficient liquid hand wash in the dispensors, etc. Washing the tiles in the varandha and covering the dustbins with garbaage bags at regular intervals, daily sweeping the open area around the office complex i/c road berms,footpath, parking area etc. and removal of the vegetation,trees leaves and dead animals from office premises.All work is to be attended during 9.00 am to 6.00 pm daily except sunday and national holiday.All the tools, equipments, toiletries & other miscellaneous items/consumables required for executing of work should be provided by the contractor as per the direction of the Engineer in charge & Nothing extra shall be given to the contractor by department for this. (Note: The agency shall deploy Nine nos. Environment Assistant and 1 supervisor daily excepy Sunday & National Holiday & the rate is inclusive of manpower, T&P, Equipment, toiletries & other consumable, all complete)

Note:- 1.The contractor shall deploy 9 Nos. Environment Assistant and 1 supervisor daily, except Sunday and national holiday. 2. A penalty of Rs.2000/- per person per day shall be recovered if the Nos. of persson found less than required strength of 10 persons daily for item No.1. 3. All the T&P and Toiletry material shall be arranged by contractor and nothing shall be paid beyond the quoted rates. 4. Swept material shall be disposed off daily from the complex to nearby MCD dustbins. 5. If any challan of MCD/NGT/Court etc. is received by this office against the cleaning and sweeping for this office complex, accumulation of water in the coolwers, roof terrace or any place in the office complex etc. The same will be borne by the contractor.
