Taking down carefully Copper/Aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators sockets light fitting etc removing materials to store for keetping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L point wiring complete with 1100 Volts grade PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable of copper conductor, multi stranded of size 1.5 Sqmm, single core, in and including rigid non-metallic PVC conealed conduit, with all accessories if require such as bends, reducers, spacers, saddles, junction boxes bakelite sheets, wooden rectangular boards / round blocks (for housing lamp holders and light fittings etc) and existing MS pressed steel / cast iron sunken boxes of suitable size for mounting switches / bell pushes / sockets, fan regulator etc covered with new 3 mm thick laminated bakelite sheet top cover including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm unsheated stranded copper conductor with green PVC insulation connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for the followings :- (a) One light/fan/Bell Point controlled by one single pole one way switch.

(b) One 3 pin socket outlet 6 Amps on the same board controlled by one single pole one way switch 6 Amps

(c) One 6 Amps socket outlet independent controlled by one single pole 6 Amps switch.

All as per ser item No. 2 here-in-before but one three pin 6/16 Amps socket outlet on the independent board with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor and 2.5 sqmm copper conductor for continuous earthing complete.

All as per ser item No. 2 here-in-before but existing conduit and existing mild steel pressed steel/ cast iron box (a) One light point/fan/bell point controlled by one single pole one way switch 6 Amps

(b) One light point controlled by two 2-way switches 6 Amps, with cables 1.5 Sqmm size

M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel plate elecrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.5m below the ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level. Earth plate surrounded by 15mm thick packed alternative layers of charcoal dust and comman salt, earth lead GI wire of 4mm dia (8 SWG) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron with thimbles. The other end of GI earth wire is connected to main switch board and protected by light grade GI pipe of 15 mm bore. provision of 20mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering including GI funnel and wire mesh. Pipe shall be provided vertically upto top level of earth pit and then taken horrizontally to the earth pit. Cement concrete chamber of PCC ( 1:3:6 ) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate.The chamber shall be constructed one metre away from edge of earth pit. 50 mm thick pre cast cover of cement conrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), excavation in soft / loose soil, returning filling and removal of surplus soil to a distance of 50 mm as directed and shown in Electrical Plate No- 3 of SSR Part-1 (2009).
