Spot welding at site including hire, running, loading & unloading and transportation of electric welding plant as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Making G.S. sheet roofing with available sheets and angles(upto 6 Sqm) including fixing the rain water gutter and pipe arrangement with new self tapping screws and washers as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing : (a) 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Reinforcement cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pillers, buttresses, plinth and string course, fillets, columns, pillers, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. upto floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. a)1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement :1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm normal size)

Centring and shuttering including struting ,propping etc removal of form for a)Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Reinforcement for RCC works including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete (a) Thermo- mechaniocally treated bars

12 mm cement plaster of mix : (a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : (a) New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Supplying at site MS sections for four legged roof top pole antenna mount structure consisting of Ms pipes and MSangles and plates anchorage sections of required dimensions etc, with flanges and gusset plates with bolt holes welded to the poles and angles as per the approved drawing of required dimensions including all material & welding cost, transportation etc complete ( excluding lifting to roof top) as directed by the Engineer in Charge)

Extra for using GI sections, ie angles, plates, flats etc instead of MS sections ie, angles , plates and flats for executing work vide item No 11

Supplying and fixing 20mm dia MS anchor bolt 550mm long with 125mm thread in one side for fixing to tower legs with GI double nuts, spring&pack washers and 100x100x5mm plate welded to other side for anchorage of bolt as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Installing roof top 4 legged pole structure consisting of the following activities. Lifting/hoisting the materials with rope & pulley arrangement without causing damage to the pole materials as well as the building for installing roof top four legged pole structure, to roof , at 3rd floor, of the proposed building , consisting of GI/MS pipes of 76 mm outer diameter and GI/MS ISA 50x50x6 sections, of total weight about 1.40 MT and installing the four legged pole structure with base connected to the base plate embedded in reinforced cement concrete work ( RCC work will be paid separately). Each leg consists of three MS/GI pipes of three metre long and 76 mm outer diameter connected vertically with bolts and all these poles should be barced with MS/GI ISA 50x50x6 sections by bolting to the flanges available on the poles with MS hot dipped galvanized nuts, bolts and spring&pack washers tightening properly, etc as per the approved drawing . Ladder/cable tray using MS/GI ISA 50x50x6 mm sections connected to the structure with MS hot dipped galvanized nuts, bolts and washers, working platfor with MS/GI plates etc also should be installed as per the approved drawing issued by the Engineer in Charge. The rate includes cost of nuts, bolts washers and labour, tool & plant charges for installing the four legged pole structure as per the approved drawings. (The cost of materials ie MS/GI pipes, MS/GI angle and plate sections etc will be paid separately ) a)Four legged pole structure upto 9.00 m height

Providing and applying paint of approved specification over four legged pole antenna mount structure, including ladder, cable tray, working platforms, gantries etc, with two coats of zinc chromate primer should be applied, over that two or more coats of enamel paint Orange/White(as per aviation standards for tower) of approved brand and manufacture should be applied.This item includes necessary hire charges of tools & plants, payment of insurance premium of working labours, safety implements, etc including all materials and labour charges etc complete. a)Four legged pole structure upto 9.00 m height
