Material and labour for Annual comprehensive Maintenance for a period of 06 Months and servicing of DG Set of capacity 380 KVA Make Cummins comprising Diesel Engine , AMF Panel & Control panel for the following job by carrying out the following jobs as given below:- (a) Draining out engine oil from the chamber cleaning the chamber thoroughly and refilling the oil pan with new engine oil to it’s required level, (b) Draining out of diesel from tank, cleaning the tank thoroughly and refilling the drained out diesel (c) Supply and replacment of fuel filter set (d) Supply and replcement of lubricating oil filter set (e) Supply and replacement By pass filter set (f) Checking & cleaning air cleaner (g) Check and topping up coolant level (h) Checking the starting batteries and filling with electrolyte/Distilled water to maintain the required specific gravity. Material and lanour for cleaning/lifting of sludge by taking out submersible non clogging pump sets from sewage well including dismantling all connections and keeping aside for reinstalling after comprehensive cleaning of sewage treatment plant reservoirs at Phase-II area such as collection cum equalization tank, CC tank, tube settler tank and clear water sump by dewatering and removal of existing sludge from various chambers and scrapping off after draining out waste/sludge and depositing to a suitable location as directed at site, cleaning of all reservoirs mentioned above using bleaching powder and wire brush and wiping off properly including sun drying before re commissioning at site complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Proper shut down shall be taken before commencement of subject work

Taking out old UNSV MS Angle/ channel/ Sheet from Open well & Jack well sumps and supply & fabricated MS Covers from 50x50x6mm thck MS Angle Iron frame, MS sheet of size 3mm thick, MS rods, (Fe.290.Gde-E-165) include handle for lifting complete include painting with one coat of Red oxide paint and two coat of synthetic enamel paint as per existing size complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Job include cutting corroded structure by welding, fabrication of new structure by welding, cutting and fixing with suitable arrangements).

Taking down old UNSV fittings and Supply and fixing post top lantern LED type 20 watt 230 watt volts AC outdoor type with post top for 360 degree indirect light IP 65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down / up unserviceable XLPE LT cable of size up to 16 Sqmm to 50Sqmm 3-1//4core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Earth work to be measured and paid under relavent item of this schedule)
