work of construction of fire hut for firefighting equipment at 132KV Jalilpur and 132 KV S/S Morna under Electricity Transmission Division, Bijnor. Note: Material i.e. Angle will be provided by department free of cost and all other material will be arranged by contractor at his own cost.

Construction of fire hut for keeping firefighting equipment’s work involve as fabrication of 2 No, 3.0 meter long and 06 No. 2.5 mtr long vertical squire shape support from 50x50x5 mm G.I / M.S angles and welding the piece of 10 cm long 50x50x5mm in bottom for support and size of fire hut 2500x1500 mm complete frame. Excavation of pits of size 300x300x450 cm and concerting of 6 no vertical supports with ratio of 1:2:4 of cement core sand and 20 mm stone ballast in proper level and alignment. Fabrication of top structure from 50x50x5 mm or 65x65x5 mm G.I / M.S angle piece as per requirement. Welding these pieces on vertical support to make the frame of hut shape. Painting the structure of two coats of red colour good quality paint after primer. Supply and fixing of 6.0 mm thick gray colour corrugated asbestos roofing in position with MS “I” nuts & bolt including supply of required material, Labour and T&P etc. Flooring the complete hut by Its bricks work in ratio 1:4 of cement and core sand with 20 mm thick plaster in ratio 1:2 of cement and core sand including this supply of related material and labour and T&P etc. ( G.I /M.S angle of different size will be provided by UPPTCL free of cost)
