Material and labour for TMT bar 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping ,for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

All as item No.3 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two run single core 2.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade and one run of 2.5 sq mm multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor drawn into and including non-metallic rigid PVC conduit 25 mm dia/PVC casing capping 25 mm including conduit accessories all as specified and directed. Note: Three runs of 2.5 Sqmm cable and one run of 25mm conduit / casing capping will be measured as one unit length.

Material and labour for sub main wiring in replacement with two run single core 4 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade and one run of 4 sq mm multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor drawn into and including non-metallic rigid PVC conduit 25 mm dia/PVC casing capping 25 mm including conduit accessories all as specified and directed. Note: Three runs of 4 Sqmm cable and one run of 25mmconduit / casing capping will be measured as one unit length.

Supply and fix in replacement energy saving LED building security light fittings, 35 W or nearest higher wattage, with in built electronic driver, IP65 class of protection with versatile pressure die cast aluminium housing parts, pure polyester powder coated dark grey housing, toughened glass cover with silicon gaskets and energy efficient LED including all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement PVC insulated two single core 2.5 sqmm FRLS copper conductor and one run of 2.5 sqmm multistranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor drawn through and including 20 mm dia heavy duty non metallic rigid PVC conduit and accessories complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i)Two run 2.5Sqmm of single core, one run of 2.5 sqmm earth conductor and PVC conduit will be measured as one RM

Material and labour for replacement of GI bracket made out of 32mm dia GI pipe of length 1.50 m, bent to an angle of 30 degree and fixed with 40x6mm flat iron including 02 sets of suitable clamps with nut, bolts and washers for fixing of light to pole complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 40mm bore `light grade` galvanised tubes with all fitting, laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixng All in One integrated IP 65 LED solar street light consisting of solar photovoltaic module, battery, battery management system, control electronics, LED driver, inter-connecting cables and pole mounting piece integrated into the luminaire as a single unit. Solar streetlight with IP65 ingress protection having 3000 lumen output, 35Wp high efficiency monocrystalline solar panel, highly efficient MPPT based charge controller and 12.8 V DC, 20 Ah lithium Ferro Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery with proper management system lumen efficiency shall be at least 175 lm/W and LED driver should have >90% efficiency. Supply and fix Tubular GI pole of 6 m height dia 63 mm dia and 3.5 mm thick for fixing all in one solar lights including painting of poles with two coats of red oxide primer and final coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.
