Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge or any thickness as in roof covering, wall cladding etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 0.63 mm thick galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugation side lap, fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts and washers, in roof covering, walls cladding etc, with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing only galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting as obtained from dismantling of old sheets here in before with two corrugation side lap, fixed with & including 'L' type or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts in roof covering, wall cladding etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 0.63 mm thick plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of colour as approved by GE having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing only asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheet as obtained from dismantling of old sheets with side lap, fixed with 'L' or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 6 mm thick asbestos cement two piece adjustable serrated ridge, corrugated or semi corrugated sheet fixed with 'L' or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts, nuts & washers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for suspended false ceiling using E-grid 2430, 180 GSM (exposed ceiling suspension system ) of grid size 600mmx600 mm with main runner 38 mm x 24 mm and wall angle 24mm x 24mm using 4mm thick High Pressure stean Crude Everest Non Asbestos Fiber Cement plain Board (E-Board Classic) in a grid of GI system duly suspended with 4mm dia GI wire hanger fixed with steel dash fasteners or iron purlin from the roof with adjustment clip providing in positions for light fixtures,air conditioning diffuser and ducts ,sprinkler ,smoke detectors etc.The main runners to be secured to structural soffits by hanger @ 1220 mm maximum c/c. the last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be placed at more than 450 mm from the adjacent wall, flush fitting 1220 mm cross tee to be interlocked between main runners @ 610mm c/c,so as to form 600mm x 600 mm grid including dismantling of old existing ceiling of any description and type complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (Un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of spoils/ demolished materials not exceeding 50m and depositing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in path / paving / hard standing / floor and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 15 here in before but except bricks. Note: Old serviceable bricks as obtained from demolition here-in-before shall be reused under this item complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on walls, chajja surfaces, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), in two layers, under coat of 10 mm thick & top of 5 mm thick, to other than fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces, top layer 5 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound (@ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacture's instructions), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer including a coat of 1.00 mm thick (average) wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 35mm thick second class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred beads (without sash bars) for securing glass etc, sizes of members of shutters all as specified in SSR part-I section 8 clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 30mm thick second class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred beads (with sash bars) for securing glass etc, sizes of members of shutters all as specified in SSR part-I section 8 clause 8.24 (b) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new wood or wood based surface of any description exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F factory made solid PVC door frame of size 40mm x 47mm made out of 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F factory made solid PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specfication, drawing and complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for coloured non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, laid in floors etc. over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement motar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for vitrified ceramic tiles, light shade, 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, laid in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old serviceable 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections as obtained from taking down including provision of new fittings, in new or old position of walls, ceiling, floor etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore GI tubing from trenches / wall including all fittings segregated, cleaning and stacking the pipe for reuse at site if required complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation and earthwork if any shall be included in the quoted rate.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from board/outlet boxes, fitting and fixturessuch as switches, sockets,ceiling rose, lamp holders, brackets ceiling fitting ,bulkhead fitting, tube light fitting and regulator etc for reuse at site or carring to the store ( To be measured only when found in all respect complete for reuse) and making good disturbed surface of wall, flooretc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Refixing serviceable fittings/ fixtures as obtained from serial item no 104 here in before and connecting up with suitable size cable in location as directed by the Eng In charge .

Taking down fan of any type/make and size of AC ceiling fan, carefully from fan hook, and transporting to MES E/M store yard, and refixing on same location or other location complete all as specified and as directed.( Cost of repairing including replacement of spares if any will be measured and paiid seperately under relevent items of this schedule.

Strip opening of ceiling fan 1200 /1400 mm sweep, cleaning thoroughly bush & ball bearing by petrol, washing/cleaning fan blades with caustic soda thoroughly, provision of fresh greasing, replacement of worn out/defective unserviceable parts (wherever necessary) reassembling the same and testing the fan on full load to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Replacement of defective/ unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately in respective items as supply only.

Cutting the existing copper winding of AC ceiling fan 1200 mm//1400mm sweep and rewinding the armature (Rotor) with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size including provision of twisted twin core flexible wire upto 0.7 metres long size 24/0, 020 (ISI marked) all insulating materials including varnishing, heating and drying complete including satisfactory testing of fan on full load to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only ball bearing of size 6201/6202 suitable for ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep complete all as specified and as directed. Make : NBC/SKF/SBBI
