(b) Required extra fittings/pipe will be measured and paid seprately.

Cost of loading, unloading & transportation shall be deemed included in the quoted rates complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: - Winding of motor stator & rotor shall be measured & paid separately. (a) Rewinding of motor will be measured and paid separately under relevent item. (b) The motor shall be squirrel cage/slip ring induction motor. (c) The rates quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of loading/unloading, transportation, grease, nuts, bolts and washers of any size and shape as required at site and refixing of serviceable motor duly functional and testing complete at its existing location/position complete all as specified and directed.
