Supply and erection of stay set at 3.5 Metres away from the pole complete with galvanised 19mmdiax1.8meter long stay rod, 30cmx30x6.3mm anchor plate, thimble stay clamps, stay insulator, 19mm 600mm double screw tightener, 7/3.5mm G.I. stay wire etc. i+C11n 1:3:6 cement concrete complete in all respects.

S/F of danger board with clamp and bolt fabricated from 10gauge MS sheet etc compelete as per I.E rules F/F of number plate with clamp & bolt including numbering with paint etc complete as per Direction of E/I.

S/F of Double pole structure of S.P.-55 S.T. pole 11.00mtr. Long complete with all accassories including grouting & making plinth above 20cm G.L. in 1:3:6 C.C. with excavation and back filling etc. complete in all respect.

S/F of 11Kv TPMO set complete with G.I. rod handle etc. complete in all respect.

S/F of 11Kv D.O. fuse set etc. complete in all respect.

Construction of Transformer plinth of size 1.7x1.66x1Mtr. With all material required for proper completion of work as per PWD specification.

Cost of ACB plinth complete.

S/F. of 11000/430 Volt distribution cu- wound star- delta transformer 50Hz ONAN type star delta etc. as per I.S. 1180 specification level 2 and UPPCL rules complete in all respect for following capacity. Make (Crompton grives,ABC Transformer,MEI, Mahandira) 400 KVA (P.S.R.)

S/F of H.T./L.T. jumphering and connection on double pole and transformer complete.

Instalation and testing and commisning of L.T. ACB complee with CTS and metering equipments with 800/1000 Amp. Complete inluding carriage loading, undloading erection, testing, earthing etc. complete as per UPPCL specifications for completion of work.

S/F of 100 mm dia G.I. pipe "B" class with M.S. clamp fixing with pole for calbe etc complete in all respect.

Supply and burying of 600mm x600mmx 6.0mm G.I. plate vertically for earthing with its top at least 4 metres below ground level complete with 20mm dia G.I. pipe and funnel for watering and one earthing lead of one No- 8 to 10 SWG GI wire in 15mm dia G.I. pipe up to switch board (from appron to switch board the cost of G.I. pipe and G.I. wire will be extra) 30cm square C.I. frame with hinged cover masonry housing alternate layers of charcoal/coke and salt at least 1.50mm thick alround etc. as per directions of E/I. complete in all respects as per drawing (This will apply for earthing of poles also)

S/E of 2.00 mtr hight size case fabricated with 3mm thick expended metal or equielent welight wire mesh as per E/I fixed on 50x50x6mm Angle iron frame having vertical member shall be grouted in ground and horizental member in wall to a depth of 4500mm with end folded. The case shall have 2000x1000mm size one leaf door with locking arrangement having door frame fabricated with 35x35x6mm angle iron and 3mm expended metal wire mesh as per E/I. the case shall have nut bolt arrangement for opening of side it shall be painted with red oxide and synthetic enamel paint etc. The job shall have all material, labour T&P etc. for proper completion of work.

Supply and fixing of LED street light fitting having die cast aluminium body and diffuser/Reflector with driver set suitable for 45-58 Watt. Confirming to IP 66 protection complete in all respect. (CAT-AAA) Make (Philips/Bajaj/Cromption greaves)

S/F of LED floode light fitting having diecast aluminium body & difuser /Reflector with driver set suitable for 90 watt IP 65 protection complete with all respects as per direction of E/I. (CAT-AA) Make (Philips/Bajaj/Cromption greaves)

S/F of 63Amp 415V metal clade TPN HRC type switch fuse unit complete with fuse etc complete in all respect. CAT-B

Supply and fixing steel tublar pole 9 meter long designated 410 SP-27 in 1:3:6 cement concrete foundation including excavation back filling etc. complete in all respect.

S/Painting of pole with 2 coat of "Al" paint over one coat of red oxide including cleaning of dust vermin & making good complete in all respect. As per direction of E/I.

S/F of A.B.C. conductor for L.T. line on S.T. pole complete with tensioning binding etc. for proper completion of work. (3x120+1x90+1x16mmsqm)

S/F of pearcing connector complete in all respect. As per UPPCL specification.

S/F of dead end clamp complete in all respect. As per UPPCL specification.

S/F of Suspension clamp complete in all respect. As per UPPCL specification.

S/F of eye hook for Suspension clamp complete in all respect. As per UPPCL specification.

S/L of HDPE (DWC) pipe for road crossing etc. (exept for cable support on pole) at a depth of 750mm below G.L. for L.T. calbe carriar as per direction of E/I. make Dura Line or Rack of following size . 90/76mm OD/ID

S/F of HDPE (DWC) pipe coupler for jointing of pipe of size 90/76mm OD/ID make Dura line or Reck etc complete in all respect. As per E/I.

Supply and laying of 32 x 6 mm G.I. strip from earth eledctrode directly in the ground as required compelete in all respect.

S/F of 11 KV XLPE 3 core aluminum conductor cable below 1.5 mt. ground level and back filling complete with material labour T&Pcable. Make polycab/KEI/Havels as per E/I.
