Excavation in trenches not exc.1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m depth for taking out and laying of water pipe line and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as directed.

Removing of excavated material not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connection from excavated trenches or in walls or in floor etc 15 mm bore complete.

Cutting the existing road surface i.e.surfacing WBM soiling any type of soil etc and making suitable trench of minimum 100mm x 60 cm deep along the cross section of road for laying GI/CI Pipe, returning refilling, filling and well ramming and removal of surplus surface soil to a distance not excedding 50 m and repair to road surface to match the existing specifications complete.

Cutting the existing CI/GI distribution main in position for taking out branch/tapping connection of up to 300 mm bore etc.

Supply & fix in repair mechanical joint ( CID joint) of following sizes:-

(b) 100mm bore

(d) 200mm bore

Supply and fix in repair/ installation and testing of cast iron sluice valve,heavy duty class-I, ISI marked, conforming to I S 14846, long body type, pressure type PN-1.6, flanged ends and drilled having brass steel spindle with iron head wheel at the top complete with and including nuts, bolts, washer, rubber gasket and jointing complete all as specified and directed of following sizes:-

Taking up existing CI/DI/GI pipe lines from exacavated trenches including removing/burning of lead joints for the following sizes:-

Supply and in trenches, in any length centrifugally cast (spun) ductile iron (DI) pressure pipes, class K-9 classification, suitable for push on type rubber gaskits joints testing of the following size complete all as specified as directed.

Material and labour for CI spun pipes centrifugally cast Class LA suitable for tyton joint (rubber ring ) of the following sizes complete all as specified and all as directed :-

M&L for Bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs upto 200 mm to 300mm.

Construction of valve chamber with brick masonry in CM 1:6 of size 1200mm x 1200mmx 1200 mm(Internal diamension) with 15 cm thick PCC foundation in PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using ( 40 mm graded stone agreegrate ) 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:6 , 3 mm thk MS sheet cover including 40x40x6 mm MS angle iron frame fixed in PCC coping made out with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using ( 20 mm graded stone agreegate ) with neccessary locking arrangement and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces steel including necesary excavation and earth work in any type of soil , returning and filling in and raming and removal of surplus spoil and demolition of existing valve chamber all as specifieed and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Cast Iron Air Release valve with double air outlets conf to IS 14845 of size 80 mm dia and fixing up to cast iron water supply mains complete including nut, bolt, washers and gasket etc all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Locate the any kind of fault in water pipe line of any size and type by digging along the length of any type of water pipe line and upto the depth from 1.5 to 3.0 m as required at site in any tye of soil of water pipe line bottom to locate the exact pin point location of fault including rectification of fault with the help of plumber, returning filling of same by tightining the union, replaceing of elbows, scoets, tees, nipple, checknut etc complete all as directed by Enge-in-charge. Note : The items required to replace shall be measured and paid separately under the relevent items of the schedule.

Note: Amount of sch of credit of Rs.202461/-will be deducted from total amount of BOQ.
