As per clause no 513 of MOST specification.

Code No.NPSR Fabrication, supply and fixing of Village / informatory name board of size 1.06mts x 0.61mts. The width of the board is tapered at 0.80mts upto 1.06mts to give the triangular shape at One end with High Intensity reflective sheeting of required color encapsulation on aluminum sheet of not less than 2mm thick suitably supported and framed with 25mm x 25mm x 3mm AISI 316 grade Stainless steel angle and the board frame is supported alround with AISI 316 grade stainless steel pipe of 38.10mm dia (outer dia & 2mm wall thickness). The Village names / street names, lettering and symbols will be provided by High Intensity grade white sheeting. The board is supported by Two Nos. of 63.5mm dia post S.S. pipes of 2.0mts. height with same dia Dummy plate arrangement at the top. The board frame and post pipes are welded by Tig welding with necessary polishing etc. and M.S. pipe of 50mm dia for a length of 35cm well be welded at size 0.45 x 0.45 x 0.50 mts. with P.C.C 1:2:4.
