Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation , trenches and drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement :5 sand :10 graded stone aggregate40 mm nominal size) and curing complete including cost of centering and shuttering in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing form work with Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

Providing concrete for plain/rainforced concrete in open fondations complete as per drawings and technical specificationbs clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203. III. P.C.C. grade M 20 including cost of form work ,centerring, shuttering etc. (i) Nominal mix (1:3:6)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Supplying and stacking at site 90 mm to 45 mm size stone aggregate

Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density

Providing weepholes in RCC Wall with 100mm dia PVC Pipe extending throughout the full with the structure with slop of 1(v) :20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 614, 709 , 1204 3.7
