Repairing of damaged main roller of gate by taking out roller shaft with help of hydraulic jack, dismantling of roller and cleaning with diesel oil, then repairing of shaft and side cover plates by welding, turning to correct size to match new bearing extracting out the jammed studs by gas cutting if required tool and then greasing and assembling roller with new Rubber O ring, new SS studs, assembling of roller and then fitting roller on gate including cost of all material, gas labour, T&P with testing and trial complete.

Renovation of Roller Assembly of Rapti Barrage by cleaning old Bearing 22218 with bush and pin as required and aligning of side plates with all material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of work.

Repairing of engaging and disengaging system by dismantling of above unit components from gate and providing and fitting new clutch GUTKA, level lock pin, spring, knob, clutch key, foundation bolt 7 nuts and adjusting clutch spring and level as per including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Repairing of guide roller(Side sway roller) by taking out defective guide roller from gate, rethreading of foundation hole after extracting Brocken foundation bolts, repairing of pin by remettaling by welding, machining of roller shaft, assembling the guide roller and fitting on gates with new foundation bolt and new rubber bushes and necessary oiling and greasing including cost of all material, labour, T&P, test and trial etc required for proper completion of work.

General Repairing and servicing of defective central Hand Drive Unit system by dismantling and changing required damage/ broken spare parts and reassembling, fitting, greasing and testing including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Repairing of Redicon unit of Gate by taking out redicon unit by dismantling coupling bolts on both side of floating shaft. Dismantling complete Redicon Unit and taking out shaft ,grease, bearing oil and packing. Assembling Redicon Unit after repairing of shaft by re metaling turning & finishing as per required size & changing of bearing oil operating gate including cost of all materials, labour and T&Petc. required for proper completion of work.

Greasing, oiling of component of lifting mechanism of gates ( excluding rollers, Drum Gear Pinion) after proper cleaning with replacing Grease cup/Grease nipple as required including cast of material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work per gate.

Rectifying defective alignment of Drum gear pinion after detaching from drum gear and floating shaft, dismantling all components, cleaning, adjusting and refitting including cost of all material, labour and required T&P etc. for proper completion of work.

Applying Cardium compound on steel wire rope, Teeth of Drum gear and Pinion of gate after proper cleaning including cast of all material, labour, T&P and scaffolding with safety arrangement required for proper completion of work.

Replacing, filling gear oil in Radicon Reduction Gear Box (Radicon or Elecon Unit) after proper cleaning including cost of material, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Rectifying Defective Alignment of Gates by adjusting length of steel rope, plummer block and other allied work as required including cost of all materials, labour, T&P jigs & fixture scaffolding etc. as required for proper completion of work.
