Taking photograph of the specified trees showing its number clearly, common names & other details so as to recognize properly, developing, printing & handing over one copy of each photograph of A4 size paper with album and DVD for soft copy of all trees along with planted tree inventory. at site as directed by the Engineer-in -charge and as per specifications.

Levelling and dressing of the area by mechanical means, including earth work over area of average thickness 200mm, removal of all the vegetation, roots up to 600mm depth, tree branches, dry leaves, boulders, stone pieces, brick bats, concrete, etc. including transporting and disposing off grass/surplus earth, etc. at directed locations inside Anushakti Nagar, including clearing area of grass/vegetation/dry leaves & twigs/floating materials etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge. (The work has to be carried out carefully without damaging existing trees and any other services passing through the area. If necessary trail pit may be made before taking up of the work in the area.)

Providing & spreading of red garden soil free from grass, stones etc at site as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge & as per specifications (Quantity will be taken as per truck body measurement filled with red soil without deduction of any voids).

Providing & spreading of dry farm yard manure free from soil & undecomposed grass etc. at site as directed by the Engineer-in -charge and as per specifications. (Measurements will be as per truck body dimensions without any deduction of voids.)

PART-B (Maintenance of trees/ shrubs) "Period 06 months - from date of completion of Part A as recorded by EIC"

Maintenance of new planted trees & shrubs etc, (Total area 5000 Sqm. X 6 Months) watering the plants , weeding , preparation of basins around new planted trees & making it smooth, pruning of trees overgrown branches whenever required, keeping the area in clean condition, rodents & crabs by baiting as & when required by taking necessary precautions, including cost of disposing of garden waste specified locations inside AnushaktiNagar etc. Complete all as per specifications & as directed by EIC. NOTE:- Actual area of lawn maintained will be measured in Sq.m Pucca drain, manhole chambers & any other structure within garden area will not be considered for measurement/payment.
