Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

Manufacturer's name month & Year of manufacturing should be indicated on the material or the packing of the material as per specification or feasibility as the case may be.

Each Strip/Packet/Bottle that contains the drug should have a printing /stamp in sticker of Indian Railway

Materials should be delivered to consignee:-CMS/ER/ASANSOL

Whenever drug samples on analysis are found to be not confirming to standards, the principal firm/suppliers are required to replace the whole batch free of cost with other batch to all consignee irrespective of whether the batch has been used completely/partially or not

Medicine of the Railway Board & Zonal approved firm will be accepted

Railway will recover from the supplier liquidated damages, a sum equivalent to 2%(two percent) of price of any stores(including element of taxes, duties ,fright etc.) which the supplier has fail to deliver within the period fixed for delivery or extended for each month or part of the month during which the delivery of such store may be in arrears delivery thereof is accepted after expiry of the aforesaid period subject to a maximum of 10%(ten percent)of the value of the delayed supplies where liquidated damages cannot be levied in a contract accordingly to legal opinion general damages may be levied
