Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately). Second class Indian teak wood with polish as per the instruction of Engineer incharge.

Providing 40x5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 mix (1 cement : 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing and fixing second class Indian teak wood moulded beading of 12mm around vision panels with iron screws , plugs and priming coat on unexposed surfaces etc. 25 x 12 mm size.

Providing & fixing 35mm thk flush door shutter, core of block board construction with frame of teak wood beading 50mm x 12mm thick with 3 or more coats of melamine polish & well matched first class antibacterial laminate of 1 .00 mm. Thick on both faces of door. Rate should be including cost of Adhesive, Nails during fixing etc. complete.

Extra for providing vision panel not exceeding 0.3 sq.m in all types of flush doors including cost of 8 mm plain glass as per detailed drawing & to the satisfaction of the Engineer etc completed as directed.

Extra for providing 6 mm thk acid wash finish glass not exceeding 0.1 sq.m in all types of flush doors including cost of 6 mm acid wash finish glass as per detailed drawing & to the satisfaction of the Engineer etc completed as directed.

Extra if louvers (not exceeding 0.2 sqm) are provided in Decorative type flush door shutters including cost of louers (overall area of door shutters to be measured).

Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISi, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1200 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete of approved make as per the instruction of engineer incharge.

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture conforming to IS : 6315, having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kg, for doors, including cost of cutting floors, embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.With stainless steel cover plate minimum 1.25 mm thickness.

EMERGENCY FIRE DOOR:

Door Shutter of 1.25MM thick galvanized steel sheet formed to provide a 46mm thick fully flush, double skin door shell with lock seam joints at stile edges. Internal reinforcements are provided at top, bottom and stile edges for 2 hours fire rating. The internal construction of the door is a specially designed Rockwool insulation 95 kg/m3 with reinforcements at top, bottom and stile surrounds.

Door Frame of 1.6mm thick galvanized steel sheet formed to double rebate profile of size 143 MM X 35 MM (+/- 0.3 MM) with a maximum bending radius of 1.4 MM. The door frames may be built into the brick or block walls using corrugated “TEE” anchors not welded to the frame (first fix). Frames may also be fixed on plastered openings with the help of metallic expansion shield with counter sunk screw (second fix). Door frames are supplied to knockdown form with butt joints for bolted assembly at site. The door frames and door shutters are primed with Zinc-Phosphate Stoving Primer and finished with polyurethane aliphatic grade or epoxy paint as required.

All hardware are fire rated. Fire rated vision panel with 6mm thick clear glass of approved make can be provided for a maximum of 2 hours fire rating. The vision glass dimensions are 200x300mm. Stainless steel ball bearing butt hinges 2.5mm thick fixed flush to the frame and shutter of approved make model SS(304). Concealed extended lever action flush bolts of approved make (SS304 Model) provided on the top of the door to the leading stile edge. Doors are made suitable to receive a large variety of Door closers of approved make. Panic bar of approved make & standard (mode of measurement shall be SQM for the door - cross sectional area). Agency to be empanelled with Directorate of Fire Services Government of Maharashtra. (2 Hrs Fire Rating) and help with relevant documentation and compliance for fire doors at no extra cost to ACTREC.

Design supply & installation of suspended Spider Glazing system designed to withstand the wind pressure as per IS 875 (Part-III). The Suspended System held with Spider Fittings of SS-316 Grade Steel of approved manufacturer with glass panel having 12 mm thick clear toughened glass held together with SS- 316 Grade Stainless steel Spider & bolt assembly with laminated glass fins 21 mm thick. The Glass fins and glass panel assembly shall be connected to Slab/ beams by means of SS- 316 Grade stainless steel brackets & Anchor bolts and at the bottom using SS channel of 50x25x2mm using fastener & anchor bolts, non staining weather sealants of approved make, Teflon/ nylon bushes and separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts, all complete to perform as per specification and approved drawings. The complete system to be designed to accommodate thermal expansion & seismic movements etc. The joints between glass panels (6 to 8 mm) and gaps at the perimeter & in U channel of the assembly to be filled with non staining weather sealant, so as to make the entire system fully water proof & dust proof.

The rate shall include all design, Engineering and shop drawing including approval from structural designer, labour, T&P, scaffolding, other incidental charges including wastage, enabling temporary services all fitting fixers nut bolts, washer, Buffer plates, fastener, anchors, SS channel laminated glass etc. all complete. For the purpose of payment, actual elevation area of Glazing including thickness of joints and the portion of Glass panel inside the SS channel shall be measured.

Providing and fixing frameless Double Leaf glass doors shutters made of 12mm float glass (toughened) with patch fitting etc. including top pivot, bottom and upper patch, floor lock, strike plate and floor springs etc. of approved make. Providing and fixing set of stainless steel door handle 22mm dia 300mm overall length. All hardware and fixtures and fittings to be in Stainless Steel.

Sleek Aluminium Openable door: Providing fixing door frame & shutter side hung to consist of partly glazed partly panneled/ fully panneled/ fully glazed with 6mm thick glass sheet of approved make and quality plain or frosted of bajri glass of approved make like fixed with twoWAY PVC lining/rubber gasket to ensure tightness and No rattaling and panneling with 12mm thick Nova pan or Ancholam finished on both side as required using extruded alumimium section for shutter frame 45mm satin finish heavy duty anodized including P/F push-pull plates handles & of approved make & heavy duty fittings like tower bolts as specified and directed. Anodising colour shall be approved by Engineer incharge.

ALUMINUM PARTITION WORK Providing & fixing alumimium partition to the required height partly glazed and partly panneled or fully glazed or fully panneled using aluminium section of satin finish anodizing of required size for bottom, top, middle & vertical rails at required intervals panneling with 12mm thick Nosva pan or ancholam both side pre-laminatd board fixed with sloping aluminium beeding alround with neoprine gasket glazing with 6mm forsted/ bajri/ plain glass of approved make fixed with alumimium channel beeding two way PVC lining/ rubber gasket to ensure water tightness and Nos rattaling including providing necessary cover mould using suitable alumimium section so as to take care of gaps between the walls/ ceiling / flooring and partitions etc. including providing and fixing necessary fittings as specified and directed.
