Supply, installation, connecting, testing and commissioning of wall mounted split units indoor & outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit, with 5 star rating, with inverter technology of capacity 1.5 TR, inclusive of suction and discharge lines of suitable size and length of copper tube including necesary brazing and providing nitrile tubing over gas circulating copper tubes and neatly tying the ends with PVC insulating tape and mounting on suitable bracket inclusive of suitable drain pipe for disposal of waste water upto ground level, including cutting holes in to stone/brick walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and wall of cement concrete not exc. 150 sq.cm area of holes for running copper tubes from indoor to outdoor split unit and testing, neatly finishing the disturbed surfaces of walls to match with the surroundings complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 5 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing of Metal clad plug and socket with two pin and earth single pole with 20-32 Amps MCB , 230 Volts AC complete all as specifeid and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Indoasian / Standarad/Havells

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil for carefully taking out the existing cable inlcuding PCC cable covers(for re-use) and for laying of runway lighting cables Note: (i) Replacement of cables and Isolation Transformers will be under taken by AFS Hakimpet (ii) Re-laying of removed PCC cover shall be taken separately under "Laying Only " item.

Supply and spread fine river sand in trenches for cushioning of cables complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Punned thickness only measured and paid)

Laying only PCC cable cover retrived against item no 04 (Cable covers removed under item No. 4 shall be re-used)

Returning, filling in excavated hard/dense soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated hard/dense soil n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Cable jointing kit for 3.3 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for single core unarmoured multi-stranded copper conductor cable of size upto 16 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting the elcetric supply, dismantling and takingdown the distribution board any type alongwith all inner components like MCBs/ Isolators of any capacity and making good the disturbed surfaces

Supply and fix MCB distribution board single door type, SPN 12 way, 240 Volts sheet steel powder painted IP 43 protection with bus bar, neutral link & earth bar etc. complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fix MCB distribution board single door type, SPN 8 way, 240 Volts sheet steel powder painted IP 43 protection with bus bar, neutral link & earth bar etc. Complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing MCB SPN Ç'curve 240/415 volts ISI marked tested at CPRI breaking capacity of 10 KA , 63 Amps capacity, complete all as specified and directed.Make - L&T/Legrand/ABB or equivalent.

Supply and fixing MCB SPN Ç'curve 240/415 volts ISI marked tested at CPRI breaking capacity of 10 KA , 40 Amps capacity, complete all as specified and directed.Make - L&T/Legrand/ABB or equivalent.

Supply and fix MCB, SP, 'C' curve, 6 - 32 Amps, 10 kA ISI marked suitable for 415/240 volts operation, tested at CPRI , complete all as specified and directed.Make - L&T/Legrand/ABB or equivalent.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. and taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as speciifed and directed.

M&L for point wiring with single core PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed, 1100 volt grade cable with multi strand copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) drawn through and including non metallic PVC casing & caping , medium grade, as directed/ ground requirement, ISI marked of suitable size, surface on wall, ceiling with GI screws, rawl plugs with all fittings including Tee, Junction boxes and provision of pressed steel terminal box powder coated or PVC Box of suitable size with 3 mm thick laminated or PVC sheet cover for mounting switch sockets and regulators and drawing continuous earth wire of PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed 1100 Volts grade cable with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) complete all as specified and directed. Note :-Making good the disturbed surface and matching with the existing surface with the help of Distempering and other items. Rate of the cost of making goods deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.

a) One light /exhaust fan/bell point /Ceiling fan controlled by one way switch.

b) One 3 pin 5 Amps socket point controlled by one switch on same board.

c) One 3 pin 5 Amps socket point controlled by one switch on independent board.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS insulated multistranded copper conductor ,1100 volts grade single core PVC insulated and unsheathed cable drawn through existing concealed PVC conduit all as per site requirement including FRLS,PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor cable of size 1.50 sqmm as earth conductor as per proper colour coding and pressed steel terminal boxes made out of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet box, 60mm deep covered with 3mm thick laminated hylam sheet fixed with cadmium plated screws for mounting switches,sockets,fan regulator, etc including making good the disturbed surfaces of walls and paint tuch up to match with the existing surfaces as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :-Making good the disturbed surface and matching with the existing surface with the help of distempering and other items. Rate of the cost of making goods deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.

All as per ser item No. 18 here-in-before but for one 15/16 Amps switch socket combination on independent board with 2.5 sqmm cables for phase and neutral and 2.5 sqmm cable green in colour as earth continuity conductor complete all as speciifed and directed.

Supply and fix switch piano flush type 5 Amps, one way complete all as speciifed and directed.

Supply and fix LED lamp LED GLO 15 watt complete all as speciifed and directed.

Supply & fixing wall mounted LED batten, with extruded aluminium heat sink provided for efficient heat dissipation & integrated electronic driver for 10W LED (2ft) complete with all accessories including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:-Havells /Philips/CG.

Supply & fixing wall mounted LED batten fittings with extruded aluminium heat sink provided for efficient heat dissipation & integrated electronic driver for 22W/20W/18W LED (4ft) complete with all accessories including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:-Havells / Philips/CG.

Refixing the 20 watt and 10 watt LED fittings and fixtures at the same location after rewiring on the place with necessary wire all as specified and directed by Engr - In - Charge.

Supply and fixing LED security light fittings 25 watt capacity as building light with and including complete accessories for fixing the light to the building complete.Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of GI Pipe Bracket made out of Galvanised Iron Tubing 40mm bore (dia), light grade, 1.50 Metre long bent to shape as per specified for fixing Security Light Fitting including suitable size of clamps and applying Two coats of Aluminium Paint over a coat of Aluminium Primer including taking down old unserviceable GI Pipe Bracket with clamps, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F LED light fitting,10 watt bulk head luminaries complete with all accessories and including connecting up with twin core twisted gflexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.Make :- Havells Cat No RUGBYNEONFT10WLED860SSYMTOPC or equivalent in Phillips/CG.

Taking down ceiling fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and shifting to AGE E/M store and Painting of ceiling fans complete with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc and writing MES No and Hanging in its original position and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose to connector of fan complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for making round holes into or through stone walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and walls of cement concrete for fixing of 300mm dia appx and making good the surfaces to match with the existing surfaces incl plastering in CM 1:4 and finishes with Cement based paint/ distemper/ white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan in any radius built in CM 1:4 for closing the existing opening all as specified and directed by engineer in charge

Rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) and applying two coats of white wash wash.

Supply and fix exhaust fan with metal body, 300 mm sweep, single phase, 230 volts, 50 Hz.( Model No Turbo Force SP). Including making necessary arrangement of fixing with clamp and require size of window net all specified and directed by engr in charge.

Taking down exhaust fan, sealing cable end dismantling louvers and shifted to AGE E/M store and painting of motor , louvers with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filter and changing of old UNSV parts and cleaning of dust, writing MES No and fixing in its original position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with two single core 6 sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor, multistranded 1100 volts grade and including new non metalic rigid PVC conduit concealed of suitable size including running up to 6 sqmm copper conductor multistranded PVC insulated and unsheathed wire as earth continuity conductor along the wiring and connected to the common earth dolly complete including removing the existing U/S sub main wiring and making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing all as specified and directed. ( Note :- Two run of 6 sqmm cable and one run of earth wire and one run of non metalic conduit shall be measured and paid as 01 RM.

All as per item above but sub main wiring drawn in the existing conduit ( Note :- Two run of 6 sqmm cable and one run of earth wireshall be measured and paid as 01 RM.)

( Note :- Two run of 4 sqmm cable and one run of earth wire and one run of non metalic conduit shall be measured and paid as 01 RM.
