Repair and Renovation of Sub-Jail at Nilgiri for the year 2025-26

Removing Old lime or cement plaster from walls including raking out joints 12 mm deep and removing the debris within 50 mtr. lead. from work site including cost of all labour ,T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Dismaintaling brick work or stone masonary in lime or cement mortar above 3M (10'') height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries within 50M lead as per direction by the Engineer-in-charge

Desmentling and removing door and windows after carefully removing the bolts and nuts including staking the useful materials for re-use and removing the debries with 50m leads as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling and removing 2.5 cm grading concrete from roof slab cleaning the surface lowering & removing the debris within 50 meter lead including cost of all labour, T&P etc. required complete as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

4cm thick grading concrete (1:2:4) using 12mm size hard broken granite chips including watering and curing cost conveyance , royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour T&P etc. required for the work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Suppling fitting & Fixing in position well dressed well sal wood work in choukaths including two coats of coaltaring to wall side faces and fixed the same with required No. of W.I clamps with approved quality of screws including cost, conveyance,royalities & taxes of all materials,and cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

2.5cm thick non- sal wood frame and 19mm thick planked door shutters complete with iron fittings and wooden hinged cleats, etc. including all labour charges, but excluding the cost of iron fittings etc. complete.as per the direction of the Engineer-in charge .

Supplying, fitting and fixing vitrified coloured and printed tile of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make in floors,treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of all materials , taxes,labour,T&P etc required for the work as directed by the Engineer-in charge

Supplying, fitting and fixing vitrified tiles in dado,skirting and rises steps 20cm x 30cm / 20cm x 20cm special plane/ printed series of premium grade having thickness 6.5mm to 6.7 mm conforming to IS 13753 on 12mm thick bed cement morter 1:3 ( 1 cement :3 Sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing etc. all complete including cost of tiles and labour etc.required for the work as directed by the Engineer-in charge

Providing fitting and fixing of false ceilling with Aluminum anodised T section No 3215 with 2'-0" center to centre, L section No 1705 upto 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and P.V.C plug and the Aluminium grid 2'-0" x 2'-0" using 12mm thick prelaminated particle Board suspended from ceilling etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

12mm(1/2'') thick cement Plaster (1:6) finished smooth to outside smooth surface of brick walls after racking out the joints including watering & curing etc. complete with cost, conveyance,royality and taxes of all materials & all labour T&P directed for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer - in - charge .

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in hard soil within 50 meter initial leadand 1.5mt. Intial lift including rough dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the soil away from work site including cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supplying and filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing Cement concrete (1:3:6) using 40mm size clean hard granite crusher metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete in layer not exceeding 15cm thick and compacting to the required thickness and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of labour ,T&P and other charges of machineries etc. required for the work as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Fly Ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in Superstructure using Fly Ash brick size 25cm x 12cm x 8cm and 75 kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance 8% after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use including splays cutting circular moulding corbelling chamfering and similar such type of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including watering and curing cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour T&P required for the work and finished item of work shall confirm to relevant I.S. specification and confirm test as per specification as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. work M-20 grade with 20mm and down grade C.B chips having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) 200 kg/cm2 in 15cm cubes at 20 days after mixing and test conduct in accordance with I..S 456 and I.S 516 including hoisting lowring laying concrete and compacting with vibrators, curing for 28 days with smooth centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalties & T&P required for the work complete in all respect but excluding cost of HYSD and binding wires and labour charges for bending binding and tying the grills as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 6mm thick cement Plaster (1:4) to RCC surface after chipping the RCC surface and slurry trement including watering & curing etc. complete with cost, conveyance,royality and taxes of all materials & all labour royalty T&P directed for the work etc. complete as per directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing chequered tiles in floor treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement 4 sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing etc complete including cost of tiles etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in charge

Priming one coat with wall cement primer (water bound) to make an even finished surface in all floors and heights to wall surface of approved make and shade including sand papering, applying putty wherever necessary & cost of scaffolding, staging charges with cost, conveyance, cost of all labour,labour cess T&P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall surface with Acrilic wall putty ( water based ) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting , cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials and T&P required for the work including cost of scaffolding ,staging charges etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and applying wall painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new surface to give an even shade including cost of plastic emulsion paint, labour, T&P required for the work etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Weather coat painting two coats to out side wall with any approved shade of including cost conveyance, taxes of all materials and T & P required for the work including cost of paint etc all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with any approved shade to wood or iron work including sand papering polishing the surface cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials & T&P required for the work including cost of paints etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Chare

Providing fitting and fixing up partition walling OEL aluminum anodized section No.9210 and 9207 as single groove and double groove respectively as horizontal and vertical member and OEL section 4660 as Tapered clip for fixing up 12mm thick pre laminated board (Nove pan make) and jointing angle No. 1855 etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
