Supplying, fitting and fixing galvanised barbed wire fencing with seven strands of barbed wire 12 S.W.G x 2 plies x 4 points at 75 mm apart with angle iron intermediate fencing posts not more than 1800 mm apart and straining and end post etc. as necessary to be fitted with straining eye bolts and staples etc. complete as directed, specification of the angle iron post as given below. a) Intermediate post 35mm * 35mm * 5mm * 1800mm long bottom torched and duly slotted. b) Straining post 65mm x 65mm x 6mm x 1820 mm long with 2 stays of 35mm * 35mm * 1520 mm long and 3 base plates 200mm * 200mm * 5mm duly slotted to take eye bolts etc. c) Corner posts 65mm * 65mm * 6mm * 1820mm long with 2 stays of 35mm * 35mm * 5mm * 1670mm and 3 base plates 200mm * 200mm * 5mm duly slotted to take eye bolts etc. d) Straining or end posts 65mm * 65mm * 6mm * 1820 mm long with 1 stays of 35mm * 35mm * 5mm * 1820 mm long with base plates 200mm * 200mm * 5mm duly slotted to take eye bolts etc. All the angle iron posts to be embeded 600 mm in C.C. pillars of size 300mm * 300mm * 600mm in prop. 1:3:6 and one coat of anticorrosive ready mixed painting to all iron works) including excavation of foundation trenches for C.C blocks and refilling and removal of surplus soil after completion of works.

Providing soling in foundation and under floor best quality picked jhama bricks, sand packed and laid to level and in panel after preparing the surface as directed (brick on flat soling)

Plain cement concrete works with coarse aggregate of sizes 13 mm to 32 mm in foundation bed for footings, steps wall brick works etc. as directed (1:3:6).

Providing and laying plain/reinforced cement concrete works cement, coarse sand & 20 mm down graded stone aggregate including dewatering if necessary and curing complete etc. complete as directed. (M 15 grade concrete or Prop.1:2:4) in sub-structure

Brickwork in cement mortar (1:4) with 1st class bricks including racking out joints and curing complete in superstructure above plinth level as directed.

15 mm thick cement plaster in single coat on single or half brick wall for interior plastering upto 1st floor level on rough side of wall surface (1:4) as directed.

Total impact of GST for the purpose of CTC
