Demolition of cement concrete un -reinforced in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-1, with using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in floor/plinth protection, finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including forming constructions joints and filling the same with bitumen filler complete as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, (12.50mm graded stone aggregate), as in levelling course of floors and surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic(coloured tiles) 7 to 8 mm thick square/rectangular area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic joint free(coloured tiles) 7 to 8 mm thick square/rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Double charged Virified Ceramic tiles (Light shade) 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including over 20 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 6 above but as in skirting/dado incl 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring, 20-25 mm thickand size not less than 595X595mm, laid over and including cement screed bad 20 mm thick in CM (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry , mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing to mirror complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 8 here-in before but as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/ dados laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and jointed with grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incl rubbing and polishing with wax polish, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor and surfaces finished evev and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone dust cushioning under interlocking paver block and including spreading, levelling ,watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast (factory made) concrete interlocking paver coloured(Glossy finished),block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, laid over compacted stone dust and including jointes to be filled with dry fine sand complete all as directed and specified. (Note: stone dust cushioning shall be measured and paid separately.)

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) Type B-1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles coloured(Glossy finished), factory made of size not less than (20cm x 20cm) x 25mm thick ,set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with pigment in floors and laid over and including cement screed bad, 20 mm thick in CM (1:4) and complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing ) removing serviceable tiles to stores and rubbish off premises complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles glossy series digital wall tile (300 x 450)mm x 7mm thick coloured on vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match including 10mm thick rendering of CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for granite slabs 20mm thick machine cut, bedded laid over cement screed 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry , mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab incl grinding,moulding rounding, chafaring and polishing complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any position including all quoins, arches & pillars etc. complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash brick with using Modular size Brick , straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 19 here-in-before but except bricks and (Re-use the old serviceable bricks obtained from demolition).

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connection 15 mm bore in pipe incl cleaning for re-fixing or removel to store complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of steel water tubing 15mm bore, medium grade, galvanised, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floor complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on walls built in cement mortar etc including racking out joints, hacking for key. Scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) , mixed with liquied water proofing compound "200ML Per bag on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces,and surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: liqued water proofing compound will be measured and paid separetely under mantion Item)

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and surfaces finished fair and even etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:3) as on concrete surfaces in ceilingand surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preperation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distempering over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed.

(Minimum weight 15 mm-38gms/20mm- 45gms /25mm- 65gms) and dismantling of old water tanks and removing to store complete all as specified and directed.
