Dismantling of fencing posts/ struts of any description (wood, steel or RCC) embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc. including taking out embedded portion and making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of chain link fencing with mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum in soft/ loose soil, getting out, returning, filling in, watering and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling, post holes, mass concrete, surface channels, drains and other similar works complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc. flat iron fillets, sag rods (for securing chain link fencing etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MS chain link fencing 4mm dia galvanised steel wire and 50mm x 50mm size mesh fixed to steel fencing post by nut & bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing mild steel screw bolts diameter of neck 10mm (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed (each line wire to be measured separately).

Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone masonary any description including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 12.00 above but except bricks.

Material and labour for 15mm thick cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound in the proportion recommended by manufacturer, surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this BOQ).

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

Material and labour preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surface of walls including cornices, pillasters etc. and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor, path etc concrete surfaced finished even and smooth without using extra cement incluidng demolition of existing and removing out of defence land complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing glass dividing strips 3mm thick and 38mm wide inserted in position conforming to design complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with glosy finished any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade laid dry to the profile complete all as specified and directed Note : The sample shall be got approved from the GE before build procurement and lots shall be got tested independently by the GE.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with glosy finished any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 grade laid dry to the profile complete all as specified and directed Note : The sample shall be got approved from the GE before build procurement and lots shall be got tested independently by the GE.

Material and labour for 25mm sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub floors, sub base, hard standing, concrete surfaces finished even & rough to receive topping floor finish/layer all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, anchorage blocks, corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with decoratvie fair faces, including chamfers/ weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar (1:4) with joints to match complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. using steel conforming to Fe-410 Gde-E-250 complete including drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering; doors, door frame chowkhats etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing including necessary cutting drilling and welding etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including door, gates etc complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches in soft /loose soil, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundations etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n. exc. 10 sqm on plan and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour providing 25mm thick (measured solid) precast cement concrete louvres and jallies in PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) including all mouldings but excluding frame set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour 16 to 18mm thick Dholpur stone as on wall clading, pillar, arches, haxogonal pillars and all facing etc one side single length with machine cut face work, laid and jointed in cement and sand mortar (1:2) including ardelite chemcal and recess pointing pointed with an admixture of white cement and dholpur stone dust (1:1) and making edges, work in small patches, stone shall be of uniform colour of each stone and size not exceeding 0.20 Sqm each fixed, over & including 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) including demolition of existing broken stones and removing the debris out of defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 16 to 20mm thick granite work (of any type), machine cut (table rubbed and polished) as in steps jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, shelves in cupboard, handwash places and like including necessary cutting and grooving to walls and making good including 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) screed bed or bedding layer and pointing with cement mortar (1:2) with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including demolition of existing broken stones and removing the debris out of defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 250 x 250 x 25 mm thick, laid over and including 20mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) set, jointed and pointed in cement mortar (1:3) with grey cement and pigment, complete all as specified.

Material and labour PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands plinth cources, roof kerbs or mud stops, benching, coping, bed plates, parapets, water throughs and the like etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles throating, edges of interlocking/ chequered tiles etc complete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified.

Material and labour for MS TMT bars 10 mm and over dia and cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for clos hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for precast cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) and set in Cement Mortar (1:4) as in landings, manholes cover slabs, chajjas, shelves and similar articles including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n. exc. 15cm thickness (reinforcement to cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing galvanised, 0.80mm thickness plain mild steel sheeting in ridges, hips valley gutters, drip, door cover and straights flashings fixed with 'L' or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts, in roofs, walls etc of calss-3 complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparation of old painted concrete kerb stone surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint to concrete surface complete all as specified
