M & L for Clean sawn battens at 30cm centre to centre 2nd class hard wood exc 15sq.cm & n.exc 25sq.cm sectional area complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no.5 but refixing old re-useable battens complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Mangalore pattern interlocking at side joints laid dry complete all as specified and directed..

M & L for Second class hard wood weather boarding, 20 mm thick, wrought both side edges shot and chamfered fixed with nails in any situation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new wooden surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer on surfaces of wood of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not other wise described complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs of false ceilling of GI powder coated ceiling exposed grid system (UNILOCK) comprasing main runner 38x24x0.35mm cross tee 28x24x0.35mm and angle alongwith wall shall be in size 24x24x0.35mm including 3mm dia suspender fix to ceilling and fixing PVC coated gypsum ceilling board size 600x600x8mm (Make ONIX/ Armstrong) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome on steel surfaces including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of complete roof treatment including plastering/concreting /brick bat coba complete all as specified and directed.

M and L for preparing RCC roof surfaces with wire brush drying and cleaning to remove all foreign materials and washing with water to remove loose particle and providing 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) using water proofing compound @ 3 % by weight of cement and applying one coat of bituminous primer @ 200 gms per Sqm and then laying 3mm thick APP modified bituminous membrane (mineral finish) weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster mat as reinforced weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm laid by torch application method overlap while torching shall be 75 mm on length and 100 mm width side ,all angles and bituminous should sealed with extra care to ensure full bondage all joints and changes should covered with CM 1:3 with water proofing chemical as per manufacturer's instructions and cured well before laying membrane complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing RCC roof surfaces with wire brush drying and cleaning to remove all foreign materials and washing with water to remove loose particle and providing two coat painting of Chemistik Bituruffe over dry surface all as per manufacturere's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing chemical.

M & L for 2 coats of heat proof aluminium paint over roof slab complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing water storage tank of capacity exc 1000 ltr but n.exc 2000 ltr of any description setting aside for cleaning and repair of WPT work and refixing and reconnecting to inlet & outlet pipes of its original position after completion of water proofing treatment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repairs for PVC nahani trap, plain with grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) with solvent cement of dia 75mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in repairs PVC soil, waste and rain water (SWR) drainage pipes 110mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint fixed to wall as rain water pipe with suitable size PVC damps by maintaining 30mm clear gap between finished wall surface and pipe Including taking down pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting a V-notch of depth 0.32 cm to 0.64 cm and cleaning it by water, removing any debris from notch and filling it with crack filler paste of make : Dr. Fixit/ Berger Paint/ Asian Paint / Sika/ BASF including rubbing after setting and painting it with matching colour acrylic exterior emulsion paint including use of scaffolding/ ladders/ cradles etc at any height of bldgs complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling mild steel OR wrought iron work of any description at any position at any height of bldgs complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling FRP / plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickenss in wall covering ie, chajja incl brackets etc at any height of bldgs complete all as specified and directed.

S & F framed work of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary gussets plates, riveting etc..n.exc 10kgs each brackets confrorming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Prepainted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based trapezodial profile roofing sheets 0.50 mm thick of any color / length having tensile strength of 550MPa, AZ 150 as in roof coverings having effective and overall width 1015 mm and 1072 mm respectively, profile hieght 28.5 mm and centre to centre distance between ribs 203 mm fixed with self tapping screws at 500 mm centre to centre as directed by manufacturer on wooden /steel members including scaffoldings at any height complete all as specified and directed.

M & LCutting grooves in brick wall 75mm wide and 65mm deep out cracks to 'V' section grouting cracks with cement slurry 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound to fix the sheet with walls complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone or concrete surface including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water to receive plaster, including use of scaffolding up to four storied bldgs and removing debris/rubbish materials off the site complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with liquid water proofing compound on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces , finished even and fair including use of scaffolding up to four storied bldgs and complete all as speciifed and directed.

M & L for preparing new surfaces of walls/ceilings by scrapping/rubbing and applying two coat of weather proof acrylic exterior paint (100% Acrylic) including use of scaffoldings up to four storied bldgs and complete all as speciifed and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint paint over one coat of red oxide zink chromium primer complete all as specified and directed .
