Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen pressure distributor @ 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaning with air compressor as per MORTH specification clause No. 503

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects

P/L Edge line road marking with hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectonsing glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 the finished surface to be level,uniform and free from streaks and holes.(S.I. no.1)

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2

The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment,patri, pavement road surface and sides etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment,patri, pavement road surface and sides etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 2nd year maintenance cost (2% Construction Cost)
