Taking down existng unserviceable street/flood/security light fittings installed along with along the perimeter wall/fencing and unit lines of any capacity and any type from pole/wall after disconnection the connecting wires complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Necessary T&P, Safety Belt, Aluminium Ladder, Vehicle etc reqd for taking down will be arranged by the Contractor and cost for the same shall deemed to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.

Taking down existng unserviceable electric cables of any size and type for necessary replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing only street light fittings after repair along the perimeter wall/fencing by using ladder in hill areas, obtained from item No.01 here in before incuding making connections with cables and testng complete all as specified and as directed. Note for Item no 1 & 3 : (a) Any new spares including cable required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately.(b) Necessary T&P, Safety Belt, Aluminium Ladder, Vehicle etc reqd for taking down will be arranged by the Contractor and cost for the same shall deemed to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.

Supplying and fixing in repair street light junction box made up of 2 mm thick CRCA Sheet steel enclosure front openable including MS Fixing clamps made up of 32 x 6 mm MS flat duly painted, GI nuts, bolts and washers of suitable size and the size of junction box shall not be less than 30 cm x 27 cm x 15 cm having 200 Amps rated aluminium bus bar of length not less 15 cm long for 3 phase 4 wire system mounted on Porcelain/epoxy insulators and provn of one MCB SP 2.5 to 6.0 Amps with locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Shifting of steel tubular electric poles 9.00 mtr long from across the boundary wall /out side of perimetre lines where ever required by breaking the PCC foundation and all electric connections for re-use where complete all as specified and directed. Note :- pole painting with Aluminium paint ,strips in black ,yellow and white , labour required and machineries like JCB excavator etc for the job is deemed to be included in the unit rate quatoed.

Supply and laying, of XLPE under ground insulated,,armoured,heavy duty LT 1100 volts 16 Sqmm 4 core grade cable with aluminium conductor ISI marked, laid in trenches/pipes, fixed to poles/walls with suitable saddle & glands complete all as directed complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as item 6 above but of size 4 core 25 Sqmm

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 M wide and not exc 1.5 M in depth and getting out in any type of soil for taking up or laying of cable all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate including use and waste of form work of concrete for making pole base and stay foundation.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including use and waste of form work for pole fixing all as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B 1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including use and waste of form work for pole coping/ any description all as directed.

Dismantling old and unserviceable pre stressed concrete /Steel poles any type including breaking cement concrete complete, Supply and fix and erection of steel tubular swaged pole with cast iron base plate finial tapper plug, bolts nuts and screws and specified type 410-SP-55 ( 09mtr long) in truly vertical position 1.5 m length of pole above ground level shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in strips of 30 cm width, black and yellow alternatively and painting with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer on rest part of pole and its connected parts complete all as specified and derected. (Note- Excavation and demolition of foundation PCC shall deemed to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate )

S & F ir repair Cable Junction Box/Distribution Board IP 65 with metric knockouts for cable entry of size 10 to 50 sq mm x 4 core including fastening clamp with LT pole, of suitable size, with locking arrangements including with terminals TPN strip, complete all as specified and directed.

M/L in repair tube light grade galvanised with all fittings for cable protection fixed with poles of 50 mm bore including complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for Sub Main wiring using FR Insulated unsheathed, multistrand copper conductor FR-LS PVC cable 2 runs of size 2.5 sqmm for phase and neutral and 1.5 Sq mm for earthing. drawn through rigid PVC conduit 20 mm dia with clamps for fixed on pole for connection from junction box to light fittings / switch complete all as specified and directed. Note: Two runs of cable for phase / neutral and one run of cable for earth incl conduit will be measured and paid as one unit length.

M&L in repair GI Pipe Bracket made out of Galvanised Iron Tubing 32/40mm bore (dia), light grade, 1.20 Metre long bent to shape as per specified for fixing Street Light Fitting including suitable size of clamps and applying Two coats of Aluminium Paint over a coat of Aluminium Primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repairs for Earthing complete with GI earth plate 60x60cmx6mm thick, burried directly in ground (Earth pit not less then 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron as earthing lead or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.5 and incl earth work, PCC pit and RCC cover, watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade, funnel, wiremesh, charcoal dust, 15 mm dia light grade protection pipe and salt etc and connected to earthing test point incl necessary earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L in repair Electronic Driver with Input Voltage 220 to 240 Volt and Output Voltage suitable for LED Light Fitting of capacity 150 Watt, as per existing make and type complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down high mast light, Hot dip galvanised Mast 15/16meter high and Luminaires carriage duly opening of nut & bolt at bottom with the help of Hydra/Crane for repair/replacement of old UNSV Winch and steel wire ropes (as per existing) complete with ratchet, limit switches etc as per standard engineering practice to avoid falling of carrirer during raising or lowering and re-installation, testing at site and comissioning after satifactorily repair complete all as specified and directed.
