Taking down the existing surface batten type point wiring of aluminium for Light, fan, Sockets, power sockets, stair case light point complete with switch socket regulator , bracket fitting etc and making good disturbed surfaces for wall, floors etc as directed by Engr- in charge.

Taking down cearfully by unscrewing the unserviceable DB Boxes, MC distribution boards SP & TPN with porcelain cutouts etc all as directed.

Taking down the sub main wiring of any dia / sq mm on teak wood batten / PVC conduit GI earth wire all as directed.

Material and labour for providing point wiring with two runs of 1.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH PVC insulated single core 1100 volts grade & with one run of 1.5 Sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH PVC insulated 1100 Volts grade wire for continuous earthing complete in and including PVC casing and caping with all fittings/fixture etc and open type Plastic Enclosure( Plastic Switch Board ) ISI Marked for housing switches / sockets all a specified and directed (a) One light point controlled by one switch .

(b) One Fan point controlled by one regulator/switch.

c) One two way point controlled by two 2 way switches

(d) One 3 pin socket 5 A on independent board.

(e) One 3 pin socket 5 A on the same switch board.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Single pole and neutral sheet metal enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket, one single pole 20 Amps, 240V MCB complaints complete all as specified and directed

Supply install, test and commissioning LT wall mounted indoor Panel board factory fabricated made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet & suitable size to accomodate all accessories/fittings, compartmentalized in construction to accommodate incoming and outgoing MCCB, MCB and TPN copper bus bars of rating not less 1.5 times the rated cap of incomer MCCB. The TPN bus bars shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC/epoxy insulator.
