MTPS I O AHS Stage I and II Ash slurry lines Erection and commissioning of cast basalt MS pipe line

Erection & Commissioning of new cast basalt lined MS pipe of length 6M and OD 406 mm in Ash slurry disposal lines IB & IIB from AHPH-I to UAD discharge end after dismantling existing worn-out pipelines and devolution to MTPS-I stores from work spot by Transporting including hire charges for crane & lorry (Contractor's scope) and erection of the new pipes along with accessories such as sleeve coupling, gaskets, welding sleeves, new bend, Y bend and alignment of the erected pipe lines by lifting or lowering wherever necessary by ensuing the jacks or other suitable equipment on the pedestal structures. Providing anchor bolts, U clamps, commissioning & testing of erected pipe lines at required pressure as per direction of Engineer in charge. Including the cost of consumables, T & Ps, transporting and testing apparatus. (The required materials such as cast basalt pipes, MS ERW pipes for bend and Y bend, sleeve coupling, gasket, anchor bolt, U clamp, spool piece, and bolt & nuts will be supplied by TNPGCL at free of cost). Ash Slurry Disposal Pipe Line No. – I-B &II-B stream Cast Basalt Lined MS pipe of OD 406 mm, each Length: 6m (Single end flanged) - 375 Nos (2250 m). Cast Basalt Lined pipe of OD 406 mm, each Length:6m (Double end flanged) - 750 Nos (4500 m). Total Length- 6750 M

Charges for fabrication of suitable MS bend with outer cover overlapping with pipe bits with flange including the welding electrode, cutting gas, T& Ps and consumables etc., (400 NB MS ERW pipes/ with flange will be supplied by TNPGCL at free of cost).

Charges for fabrication of suitable new spool piece with flanges including the welding electrode, cutting gas, T& Ps and consumables etc., (400 NB MS ERW pipes/flange will be supplied by TNPGCL at free of cost).

Charges for fabrication of suitable Y bend with flange including the welding electrodes, cutting gas, T&Ps and consumables etc. (400 NB MS ERW pipes/flanges will be supplied by TNPGCL at free of cost).
