The Bidder shall preferably be registered by Karnataka Government Department and office located in Mysore

If tenderer is OEM/authorized reseller/channel partner of Scanners/copier machines should have at least 03 years of experience in the successful execution of two similar works tendered and the cost of each work should not be less than eighty five lakhs amount in minimum in any state Government Universities, copy of work order and work completion certificate must be enclosed

Bidder should have minimum 05 service centers across Karnataka

PAN card copy, IT returns statement, Balance sheet and Profit & loss statement of financial year 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25

Annual turnover statement issued by CA for the financial year 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25. The sum of annual turnover of the firm for last 3 Years is not less than Rs. 400.00 lakhs, as otherwise the tender is liable to be rejected.

Signed Tender Application Form with Name of the Firm with Full Address, contact details,E-mail address etc. on letter head of the bidder

Compliance statement of bidder letter head for the Tender specifications should be submitted as per format

Bidder should submit ISO:9001 2015 certificate

Tenderer should provide physical demo of all the products with specified specifications on 04/02/2026 before 12.00PM at the Office of the Registrar, KSOU, Mysuru. Tenderer should attach the demo proof with the technical bid as an additional document signed by Registrar in order to qualify the bid
