Providing and laying cement complete work 1:4:8 (1cement: 4sand: 8 gradedstone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding thecost of form work in foundation and plinth with all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up section, trusses and Framed Work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint with all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coat (E/C Priming coat) over new steel & other metal surfaces with ready mixed paint to give an even shade i/c cleaning the other foreign matter sand papering and stopping ( paint other than white )with all leads & lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

WHITE GLAZED TILES 6mm IN FLOORING ,TREAD ,STEPS and LANDING LAID ON A BED 12 mm THICK CEMENT MORTOR (1:3) FINISHED WITH FLUSHED POINTING IN WHITE CEMENT. With in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper by washing and scraping and sand papering the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete.With in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Applying Birla White wall care Putty over plaster surface after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose, materails and other to give matters sand parpered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete With in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Distempring (two coat ) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required sdahe on undecorated wall surface to give an even dshgade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing free from mortar dropping and forign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand arpered smooth.With in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Removing old paint or polish from wood and wood based surfaces with paint remover of approved brands and manufacture and making the surface even with Paint remover of approved brand and manufacture With in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including prepering the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil,grease,dirt and other foreign matter) sand papering and knotting. Readymixed paint brushing with white lead for priming With in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface under coat with enamel and finishing coating with flat oil paint,brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter,sand papering and stopping With ready mixed paint.With in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.
