Excavation in foundations in ordinary soil ( Loam clay or sand ) including lift up to 1.5 m and lead up to 30.o meter and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth in to the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or in to the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer- in charges up to a distance of 30 m from the foundation trenches

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 Fine sand : 12 Brick ballast 40 mm gauge)

First class B/w in 1:4 Cement C'sand mortor in Sub Structure including supply of all meterial labour t&P etc required for proper completion of work

12 mm thick Plaster with cement & course Sand of 1.25 FM Mortar in 1:4

Providing and laying cement concrete in 4:2:1 of not less than strength of M-150 stone ballast (20 mm nominal size), approved coarse sand and cement, curing complete including of cost of form work in foundation and floors-completion of the work as per direction of the E / I.

Providing wall putty on old surfec with approved quality material of Berger /J.K./Birla or similer make 2 coats over plastered surfece to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Finishing wall with weather coat paint (Asian or Berger Brand) on new surface with two coat to give an even shade including supply of all material, labour & tools and plants etc. requiredfor proper completion of the work.

Apply two coat superior synthetic enamal paint including primer coat on steel surface

Supply & Fixing Garden Bench (Victoria Type Bench) •Cast Iron having back height of 720 mm and seating height of 390 mm. •M.S Tube of 65mm X 25mm rectangular tube having length of 1520 mm in 10 Nos. •For seating purpose with extra support 25mm X 5mm M.S Flat for extra stability all sharp and rough edge of Bench are to be grinded with grinder and all fill up with m seal where its required necessary thus bench is having the provision of hole past system (for grouting). •Bench in complete with a coating of 1st class red oxide and with two coats of synthetic enamel of 1st class quality paint in green colour. •Finally bench is assembled with nuts and bolts. •Gross weight of each bench is 70 kg.
