Clearing heavy jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level, removal of rubbish upto a distance of 60m outside the periphery of the area cleared, cutting and stacking the useful fire wood if any within an initial lead of 100 mtrs etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Clearing creepers/ climbers over compound walls/ fencing etc including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood and spalings of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level, removal of rubbish upto a distance of 60m outside the periphery of the area cleared etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Length x height of wall will measured for payment.

Cutting and felling trees of the girth (measured at a height of 1m above ground level) including cutting of trunks, branches, removing the roots, stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within a lead of 200m including filling the pits and depression with excavated earth, etc., all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Beyond 300mm girth upto and including 600mm girth.

Beyond 600mm girth upto and including 1200mm girth.

Trimming of tree branches, which causing hindrance to free vehicle movement, blocking street light and touching the buildings etc., on road sides, avenues, streets and near buildings, including cutting the branches, stems and removing of trees including uprooting using necessary tools, collecting, transporting and disposing them at places shown by the department using their own means of conveyance all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Beyond 300mm girth upto and including 600mm girth.

Beyond 600mm girth upto and including 1200mm girth.

Beyond 1200mm girth upto and including 1800mm girth.

Earthwork in open / Surface Excavation not exceeding 300mm in depth but exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10 sq.m on plan in all types of soil, mixture of gravel and disintegrated rock, hard stiff clay including grading and levelling neatly by breaking clods, disposal of excavated earth upto 50m lead & lift upto 1.5m, (Disposed soil to be levelled by breaking clods, if any and neatly dressed) etc., all complete as per specifications.

Providing all tools, tackles, labour, machinery (Hydraulic excavator / manual) etc for Desilting of oxidation pond and depositing / disposing the silt within a lead 1km etc. including making the pond in level after desilting etc all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Filling impervious earth (clay) in open oxidation pond for making impervious liner at base, using black cotton/clay soil etc., in layer not exceeding 200 mm in depth including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position of plain cement concrete using hard granite broken stone for all insitu levelling courses in foundations, floor, roof screeding, encasing pipes, etc., including mechanical mixing, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, dewatering, if any including the cost of formwork etc., all complete as per specifications.

Providing, erecting, placing in position and removing Formwork for all insitu concrete works at all lifts and all shapes such as circular works, chamfers, splays, etc., using Steel / Plywood shuttering including centering, scaffolding, strutting, propping with necessary bracing in all areas, fixing of EPs, cutting holes and fixing pipe sleeves, applying of approved form oil over surface in contact with concrete, de-shuttering after specified curing period, etc., all complete as per drawings and specifications. Note: Measurement for the formwork shall be the area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Stop boards for construction joints will not be measured separately for payment. Centering and shuttering where exceeding 3.5m height in one floor shall be measured and paid for separately.

For Plain Surfaces upto 3.5m height

Providing and casting insitu Reinforced Cement Concrete of the following grades of design mix by Weigh batching using machine crushed hard broken granite stone of nominal size 20mm including cost of admixtures in recommended proportion wherever required, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidation, curing, finishing smooth all exposed faces, for all insitu concrete items, etc., as per drawings and specifications. Note : 1) The rate quoted shall be exclusive of reinforcement and formwork which will be paid for separately under relevant items. 2) The rate of concrete shall include the cost of admixture in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 3) Cement proportion for Concrete Mix shall be on the basis of weigh batching only as per design mix. 4) The cost towards any upward / downward variation required to obtain the specified strength over the minimum cement content will be paid for or deducted at the rate specified in Schedule 'F'.

M 25 Grade Concrete (The Cement content considered is 350 Kg per Cu.m) - Upto FFL

Providing, cutting, bending, placing and binding steel reinforcement using TMT bars of Fe-500 / Fe-500D grade in all reinforced cement concrete works including cutting, bending, fixing, tieing in position with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire, cost of cover blocks in C.M 1:2, etc., complete as per specifications and drawings. Important Note: The required quantity of steel reinforcement as mentioned in the schedule should be procured by the contractor only of SAIL, Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (VIZAG), TATA Steel & JINDAL from authorised dealers which shall conform to IS: 1786 (Latest Edition).

Providing and laying Random Rubble masonry in Cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) in foundation and plinth using hard granite stones obtained from approved quarry including bond stones of 2 Nos/Sq.m at 1.5 to 1.8 mtrs apart, raking out joints, curing, etc., all as per standard specification.

Providing and laying brick masonry in Cement Mortar 1:6 with well burnt chamber bricks / FALG Bricks of approved quality in all shapes and sizes including scaffolding, curing, raking out joints, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5, 12mm thick for brickwork / Concrete on its internal/external faces at all lifts including scaffolding, curing and forming grooves wherever necessary all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in­charge. [Note: 6mm premium glass fibre of make Dugar & Co or Recron shall be mixed with Cement @ 60 gms of glass fibre per 50kgs of cement]

Providing Painting over all exposed surfaces at all heights over rough cast plaster/plain plaster with Two Coats of premium exterior emulsion paint of make Asian (APEX - Dust proof exterior emulsion) / Berger (Anti dustt weather coat) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade over a coat of exterior wall primer of make Asian / Berger or other approved equivalent make including preparation of surfaces, curing, scaffolding etc., all complete as per specifications.

Painting over Plain Plaster at all lifts.

Providing and laying Indian Patent Stone flooring of 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 Coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat Cement using 20/10mm and below size hard broken stones including laying in panels, cement slurry, consolidation, curing, rubbing the surfaces smooth etc., all complete as per specification.

Leveling the area in and around STP using JCB/excavator including leveling the area, loading of earth/debris, collecting debris/earth etc the cost of transportation, fuel, operator etc all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing a system for dewatering and drainage of water from oxidation pond to main drain/ other low laying area so as to retain the excavated formation dry for the duration required including all equipment's, consumables, site protection, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer- in-Charge.

De - sludging the existing sewage treated water from oxidation pond and around pond alround area using 20-HP Diesel Pump including cost of transport, fuel, operator etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying laying and jointing of RCC hume pipes with collars of class NP-2 as per IS specifications including aligning to proper level and line as directed at site, jointing with Cement Mortar 1:2, curing, etc., complete as per specification.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 50 metres, compaction under optimum moisture conditions etc., all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) for Sub-base and base course conforming to clause 406 of MORT&H Specification for road and bridge works (Fifth Revision) using 53mm downgraded stone aggregate including cost of coarse aggregates, fine aggregate, premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver/motor grader in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, etc., all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of Dry stone pitching in floors, drains, pond area, etc. including cleaning the mortar & stacking serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 100 metres lead etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
