Slab & Beams: Providing and laying in position specified grade of cement concrete for RCC structural elements upto floor five level including curing, compaction, finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints and cost of plastizers( if required) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement for Beams, suspended floors, roofs, griders having slopes up to 15º, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain windows sills, staircases and spiral staircases etc.M20 grade Nominal Mix / Design Mix

P/F reinforcement for RCC work including straightening,cutting, bending, placing in position and binding (including cost of binding wire) all complete upto floor five leveTMT bars (Conforming of relevent IS Code).

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with water proffing compound Cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1cement : 2 Coarse sand 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10mm and down gauge) including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design :

Nano technology water proofing, thermal insulation protection coating 12 layer process for increasing life of building and damage control for roof.-- before coating scaling, cleaning, and preparing surface for treatment. Opening all joint and cracks and filling them with nano technology crack filling hydrophobic chemical with 2/3 coats. then after drying doing a PCC coat on cracks. One coat of nano technology hydrophobic/oiliophobic primer. Nano technology water proofing treatment in3 coats non silicon based applied with fiber mesh sheets in medium. Nano technology thermal insulation coating highly elasticity in nature with 3 coats with 1000 micron width.2top coats of anti stain, anti slippery, natural transparent high shine chemical for better life of the treatment.

Providing and fixing steel glazed doors windows anD ventilator shutters of standard rolled steel section (IS 1038-1983) joints mitred and welded with steel lugs 13x3mm, 10cm.long embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10cm. of 1:3:6 (1cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) or with wooden plugs and screws or rawl plugs and screws with fixing clips or with bolts and nuts as required including providing and fixing of plain glass panes 4mm thick with cooper glazing clips and special metal sash putty of approved make or metal beading with screws complete including priming coat of approval steel primer, excluding the cost of metal beading and other fitting except necessary hinges of pivots steel handles peg stay etc. as required :Windows fixed

PANTING ON DOORS & WINDOWS :- Painting with syntheitic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shade to give an even shade new steel work (2 or more coat on new work).

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade including all scaffolding. New work (two or more coat applied @1.67/ ltr/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm.)

P& F rigid PVC Pipe (IS 4985 Mark) Class 2nd /(4 kg /sqcm) approved quality / Make including joining the pipe with solvant cement rubber ring and lubricant. 110 mm dia.

Un-lowering of submersible pump set with all piping from a tube-well/ open-well complete (labour charge only ) including transportation of tripod, chain, pulley-block and other materials required and lowering of repaired/ new pump in the tube-well / open-well complete in all respect.

Supply & fixing of GI pipes confirming to IS : 1239 P - 1 ( 2004 ) with flanges duly screwed & welded including rubber washer, nuts & bolts of 8mm dia complete in all respect.All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. SITC of Radial / mixed flow ISI marked water and anti-corrosive liquid filled submersible motor pump sets suitable for 100/150mm dia borewell. The size of adopter fixed on top of the motor should exceed the top of coupler , for safegaurd the coupler. The construction material of motor and pump should match IS: 8034 : 2018 and IS: 9283 guideline. The radial flow pumpset should operate at 5 star energy efficiency level of BEE and mixed flow pump set should operate at 3 star energy level of BEE, accompained by valid BEE certificate. Motor should be IE2 class as per IEC 60034-2-1: 2007, IEC 60034-30: 2008, & IS12615:2011 with required accessories including making connection suitable for Bore well. Providing & Fixing of 240/415 V isolator as per PWD specification for electrical Works with ISI marked IS:13947-III/conforming to IEC 60947-3, suitable for AC22A utilization catagory, 4KV impulse withstand voltage, true contact indication, Red colour dolly / lever shall have single mould covering over all poles for operation , two position din rail mounting, minimum phase termination capacity of 35sq.mm. , label holding facility , IP 20 contact protection and fitted with existing distribution board / sheet including making connections, testing etc. as required.
