Work

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material.SOR 2.1.1

Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class -150 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) As per DAR- 6.1.1

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering -1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) All work up to plinth level :DAR-4.1.2

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4) cement and fine sand 12mm thick on brickwork with neat coat of cement in substructure as per technical specification Clauses 613.4 & 1204 SOR 13.7.2

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401

Providing Laying spreading and compaction stone aggregates of 53-22.4 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification clause 405.

Providing and applying prime coat with bitumien emulsion SS1 on prepared surface of granular Base inlcuding clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85kg/sqm using mechinical means .as per MoRTH specification clause No. 502 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack second coat with RS-1 using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20- 0.30 kg per sqm in the norms bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom . as per MoRTH specification clause No. 503 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an avarage output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler , transporting the hot mix to work site , laying with hydostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level and aligmnment , rolling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tendom roller to achieve the desired density as per Job mix MoRT&H Specification Clause 507 complete in all respects.
