To carry unloading & verify the number of tubs from MDR Vehicles, Cleaning the Tubs through Tub Washer, feeding of empty tubs from tub washer stock yard to stacking place, Collection of filled milk sachets of ¼ Lit / ½ Lit / 1 Lit. of different types such as Standardized Milk, Delite Milk &Full Cream Milk, Curd, Butter Milk etc., from conveyer, checking, stacking in empty tubs, , storing of stacked milk tubs in cold rooms, transferring the milk tubs to the loading dock, leak sachets segregation, removal of damaged / leak sachets film to scrap yard, cleaning of cold rooms, stacking place & pre-pac machine rooms, Loading docks, mini tanks, spouts, all the Trolleys, all the conveyors and conveyor legs, Leak vat, all the Milk cans, other Housekeeping activities etc. by providing minimum 40 persons per day as per the schedule in three shifts. The rate should be quoted for 1000 packets per unit rate which includes ESI, EPF & Service Charges. Approximately 2,00,000 packets production per day.
